A favorite tactic of totalitarian political systems is to deny the obvious. In this case, the Democratic Party and its leadership continue to tell Americans not to believe their lying eyes and ears. Parents are told that CRT is not being taught in their schools even though at school board meetings they learn about all the hateful, divisive, racist tenets of CRT that are part of their children’s curriculum. Dr. Anthony Fauci’s quest to inoculate children with needless, immune-suppressing, heart-damaging vaccines is a repeat of his own history. A 2004 documentary film, “Guinea Pig Kids” shines a light on the cruel and inhumane medical experiments that took place on underprivileged, minority children in the early 1990s. These inhumane medical experiments were conducted on presumably HIV-infected children at the Incarnation Children’s Center (ICC) in New York City. The children were primarily black or Hispanic and were taken from drug-addicted mothers.

In 1992, Dr. Anthony Fauci and the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) used taxpayer funds to equip the ICC as “an outpatient clinic for HIV-positive children.” At the time, Fauci was deeply involved in finding a vaccine for HIV/AIDS. Fauci helped fund the ICC and marketed it as “New York City’s only skilled nursing facility providing specialized care for children and adolescents living with HIV/AIDS.” The “skilled nursing facility providing specialized care” turned out to be a place of medical horrors, where children were subjected to forceful, debilitating medical experiments. In 1995 Hollywood came out with the psychological crime thriller, Seven; starring Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, and Gwyneth Paltrow. I won’t go into the plot, but there is a scene in the film where Morgan Freeman tells Pitt: “I just don’t think I can continue to live in a place that embraces and nurtures apathy as if it was a virtue.

Don’t take this the wrong way, I’m not suicidal, but I can certainly relate to that sentiment; there are times I wish I could just disappear into the hills; as far away from humanity as humanly possible. Yet, whenever I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom I always seem to meet someone who shows me that there is still a glimmer of hope left for mankind; that not everyone has their head buried up their ass.

For instance, last Saturday, while the wife and I were out doing our weekly grocery shopping, we ran into a Filipina friend who used to be a cashier at WalMart. Since her job was to usher people through her line as quickly as possible, I’d never gotten the chance to really talk to her. Thanks to the government’s almost limitless powers made possible by a domestic army of techno-tyrants, fusion centers and Peeping Toms, Santa can get real-time reports on who’s been good or bad this year. This creepy new era of government/corporate spying – in which we’re being listened to, watched, tracked, followed, mapped, bought, sold and targeted – makes the NSA’s rudimentary phone and metadata surveillance appear almost antiquated in comparison.

Consider just a small sampling of the tools being used to track our movements, monitor our spending, and sniff out all the ways in which our thoughts, actions and social circles might land us on the government’s naughty list. Continue reading →

The Christmas season is a time built on tradition and family, but our society has been chipping away at these values as if they were claptrap or downright evil. The Left’s Culture War becomes more poignant at this time of year as a result. Christmas is the Left’s main target for destruction.

The Christmas story of a baby born in a manger is a familiar one.

The Roman Empire, a police state in its own right, had ordered that a census be conducted. Joseph and his pregnant wife Mary traveled to the little town of Bethlehem so that they could be counted. There being no room for the couple at any of the inns, they stayed in a stable (a barn), where Mary gave birth to a baby boy, Jesus. Warned that the government planned to kill the baby, Jesus’ family fled with him to Egypt until it was safe to return to their native land.

Yet what if Jesus had been born 2,000 years later?

What if, instead of being born into the Roman police state, Jesus had been born at this moment in time? What kind of reception would Jesus and his family be given? Would we recognize the Christ child’s humanity, let alone his divinity? Would we treat him any differently than he was treated by the Roman Empire? If his family were forced to flee violence in their native country and sought refuge and asylum within our borders, what sanctuary would we offer them? Continue reading →

The men and women who make up our law enforcement have borne the brunt of this moral idiocy. The job of policing is a very difficult one, but theirs has been made intolerable in many Democrat-run cities. The sins of a few demonize the entire institution, leading to calls to defund the police, vaccine mandates (which further drive able-bodied cops out of the force), and by extension a recruitment crisis.
