“We’re All In This Together,” the sappy title of one of several bad songs, has become the Ministry of Information slogan of the pandemic. You hear it while shopping for groceries at the supermarket, see it on billboards that tell you to social distance your way off the street, and in every single ad on TV.

And then, after months of being locked indoors and that we were out to kill grandma if we left the house, the same media lauded massive numbers of rioters crowding together to curse the cops.

Too few Americans today appreciate, love and long for true individual liberty, in the manner I would expect from honorable men and women. They have discarded or simply forgotten the American heritage of freedom that had its inception at the start of our War for Independence, or it simply may just be that some are bred to the concept of liberty, like a racehorse is bred to run, while others are missing that oh-so-important gene.

Sixty years ago, the Silent Majority could probably view this situation we have today and readily see an end game. It was easy to connect ending the Vietnam War with ending anti-war protests, which meant voting for Nixon in ’68. They could see the nation’s social mores decline with the growth of the hippy anything-goes population. And in the same light, they knew that if law and order politicians ordered the streets cleared of hippies and protesting “students”, like the Students for a Democratic Society, those anti-American bastards, it would be done. “Woke” white people, I’d like to ask you a favor:

Please stop asking for forgiveness for your “white privilege.”

You’re not fooling anybody. You’re not helping black people—or any other minority. And your public confessions don’t make you look virtuous. They make you look disingenuous, which is a really nice way of saying fake, phony, and fraudulent.

For starters, what is “white privilege” anyway? Because you were born with white skin, you have all these advantages that I don’t have?

The phrase “the Fall of America” suggests some cataclysmic event ended the American Empire which had stretched from Maine to California and Florida to Washington. But at the end, there was no straining at the gates, no barbarian horde that dispatched the Empire in one fell swoop. Rather, the Empire fell slowly, as a result of challenges from within and without, and changing over the course of hundreds of years until its form was unrecognizable. ~ a take on the words of author, Edward Gibbon.

The doctrine of being non-judgmental and the inability to differentiate has created a society where we can no longer tell the difference between right and wrong or good and evil. Phrases like “social justice, inclusivity, intersectionality,” and “the right side of history” are designed to virtue signal one is most sensitive, less prejudiced, more compassion, righteous, and forward-thinking, but offer no consideration that there is much more to morality than catchphrases. A congressional hearing was held on a bill to study reparations for blacks as payback for slavery. Reparations is simply another worm Democrat presidential candidates will put on the hook of their fishing rods to catch black votes.

I am a black man who is proud, grateful and understands how blessed I am to be born an American. My response to the Democrats’ reparations scam is, “Please stop!”. Please stop telling black Americans that we are crippled, inferior and are helpless children who can only succeed via government handouts, lowered standards, and special concessions. Just stop it! Homeschooling Is All About Power
When the correct understanding of a right, or who should have the decision-making power, isn’t agreed upon, doesn’t it make sense that this authority should be vested in those closest to the students, the parents?

The most recent PISA results, from 2015, placed the U.S. at 38th out of 71 countries in math and 24th in science. Supreme Court Hands Huge Victory to Families on School Choice
In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court held that families have a right to seek the best educational opportunities for their children, by preventing states from blocking the participation of religiously affiliated schools in state school choice programs.

Now is the time for states to cast aside these 19th-century rules rooted in prejudice that unfairly punish religious families, students, and schools. The Constitution requires states to provide a level playing field for religious and secular education.
