How much longer will we have this blessed country to love and enjoy?

Perhaps you were fortunate (blessed) enough to have been born in the United States of America. Or perhaps you or your parents were diligent and ethical enough to go through the massive task of coming here legally, and then immediately began to assimilate, making every effort to become a true American.

If either of these is true, perhaps you appreciate, and are grateful to be part of, the freest and most prosperous nation the world has ever known. Perhaps you understand that you did not build this yourself, but received it as a gift from our forefathers and predecessors, who paid a massive price for it, and that it is our job to pass it on intact.

Perhaps you like the ample availability of commodities that no other place on Earth enjoys. It was an awakening during the FIFA (soccer) tournament in the U.S. when people from all over the world were gushing about what America is really like. A general theme was something like, “I hated America from what I read in the papers, or saw on TV, but I loved the America I saw in person.”

They raved about the availability of anything they wanted. They were amazed at the prevalence of air-conditioning. We may take it for granted, as 90 percent of homes in the USA have air-conditioning. Even in the sophisticated nations of Europe, we find 20 percent of homes that are blessedly cooled by A/C.

Perhaps you have a basic understanding of what a nation is, of what serious effort it requires to sustain and protect it. If not, please open any history book.

Perhaps you appreciate what our armed forces, police, and other law enforcement entities, including ICE, contribute to our peace, safety, and prosperity.

Perhaps you have an acquaintance, friend, or even family member who does not share this acknowledgment or appreciation. In fact, if you let on that you see these blessings, and are grateful for them, they will accuse you of being a racist and not caring for other humans.

Somehow these same people do not recognize the fact that people who think (or not) like them have brought on this disaster. Over 300,000 children were trafficked into our nation and still cannot be found. Do they care about these helpless children? Do they march in the streets and demand they be found and returned to their parents?

They do not see the needless suffering of their fellow countrymen that was brought on by allowing and encouraging and bribing millions and millions of aliens to enter our beloved country, without being vetted, and the spending billions and billions of their tax money to accommodate them.

They also fail to realize that there are several nations and cultures that would love to destroy us, but they know we are too strong to take down from the outside, so they infiltrate to destroy us from within.

You might consider helping those who do not currently see these truths through their willful blindness by bringing the whole thing down to a level they may perhaps understand.

Perhaps you might ask them to consider this scenario. Say to them,

“Perhaps you have invested years and a great deal of money in earning an advanced degree. In fact, you may still owe thousands of dollars for that education. Or perhaps you are less ambitious and feel comfortable as a chef or server in a restaurant, or anything in between.

“As a result of your efforts, you have a nice, safe place to live and a good job.

“Perhaps one day a pair (more or less) of people will come into your living space uninvited. They make themselves at home, eat your food, use your electricity, gas, heat, A/C, water, and expect you to pay for it.

“You are not sure of your safety, and they don’t speak your native tongue.

“They see your rewards for the job you have, and they offer their services to your boss for a lot less money. You either take a pay cut yourself or lose the job to them entirely.

“If you lose your job, or cannot afford the rent, along with your other financial obligations, you must move out. The law of supply and demand never goes away; now, with more people looking for a place to live with the same number of homes available, the rent goes up.

“You would love some relief, and you are glad to hear there is a government agency that is rounding up these people who have illegally taken that which was, by all rights, yours.

“Sadly, there is a group of people who have not been impacted by this intrusion who demand that the government agency be stopped, done away with. Strangely, these are the same people who want more government control because they think the government is not subject to the same evils that effect the behavior of man. They literally take to the streets, sometimes violently.”

Ask them, “Would you be comfortable with that in your home?”

Perhaps this will open their eyes.

Perhaps you will get interrupted with great anger before you finish the question.

Could this willful blindness be the beginning of the end to the most wonderful nation for the average man, woman, and child that the world has ever known?

Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps…
