Well… did they?

In America’s War for Independence the Colonial Army and the Redcoats would form long lines, march to within 50 yards of each other, and then open fire; staring right into the eyes of their enemies…

In 1863 over 12,000 Confederate soldiers marched across an open field for 3/4 mile under heavy cannon and rifle fire to assault Union forces at the Battle of Gettysburg; taking heavy losses in the process…

In 1944 the U.S. led invasion at Omaha Beach saw 34,000 soldiers advance against heavily fortified German defenses, taking heavy fire the entire time…

These are the kind of men who fought for their independence and for their country. Today that same country is populated by people who are afraid of standing next to someone who does not wear a face mask…

And we wonder what’s wrong with this country? Could it possibly be that we have become a nation of pussies?
