Never Surrender with the Enemy at the Gates

Thus saith the LORD to you, ‘Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed at this great horde, for the battle is not yours but God’s.’ ~ 2 Chronicles 20:15

The Smegma of Humanity

Well, where do I start? I have a lot to say, again, and it’s gonna take a while, but it’s all gotta be said; my compatriots and I have once again been accused (by ANTIFA and others) of being and saying things that we definitely are and have not, so once again, it seems I must set the record straight. If I let my emotions into this one, y’all forgive me; these drippers (don’t ask what that means unless you really wanna know) tend to piss me off…

Heirs to the Confederacy had a flagging event scheduled for this past Saturday, 16 March 2019, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, to once again show our support for Silent Sam, The Boy Soldier, the Confederate monument that was ripped from its rightful place on the campus of the University of North Carolina in August of last year. In the article Nero is Rosining His Bow which I wrote on 12 March, I told about how CHPD requested that we postpone that event because other events happening in the city that weekend (basketball games and such) would have them spread too thin to protect us. The responses of our members were varied, but the Board of Directors voted to do more than CHPD had requested, and we cancelled the event. Several of our members, myself among them, wanted to go regardless of whether or not we would have police protection.

We are perfectly capable of protecting ourselves, and our experience on 23 February taught us that if you exercise your First Amendment right to peaceably assemble in Chapel Hill without first obtaining a permit, you can forget about police protection. If you draw a permit, they will prevent ANTIFA from assaulting you, but if you don’t draw a permit, well, it’s a bit of a different story. So when we went to Chapel Hill on the 16th some of us carried sidearms. I alone of those that carried do not have my Concealed-Carry Permit yet, so I carried my pistol in its holster on my belt in plain view. Before we ever left the parking garage where we met, I asked a passing CHPD officer specifically where I could and could-not carry my weapon, which I already knew, but wanted to be absolutely sure. She told me that as long as I stayed on the sidewalks along the streets, I was fine, but not to go on campus, so we stayed off campus (or so we thought), holding to the sidewalks that sided the streets. We were doing just that when four or five UNC Police officers came walking up to us, and said that we were on university property and would have to leave. We told them we were sorry, that we had been told by a CHPD officer that we were fine as long as we stayed on the sidewalks, and then asked them where we should go.

They pointed us in the right direction, explained which sidewalks were university property and which were public, and we shook their hands and did as they asked. Two of them walked with us, as an escort, partially because there were quite a few other people following us around and partially because we were indeed carrying firearms in the wrong place; but they knew it was an honest mistake. They were pretty decent about the whole thing, but ANTIFA went ballistic; needless to say, all kinds of posts and Tweets started flying around. I’m going to share some of them with you as I write my responses to them. Let’s start with Facebook.

The Facebook group Move Silent Sam made the following posts:

I did indeed say that (I said it on the 12th, actually), and it was clearly not a threat, but to quote the entire phrase (thanks for reading the article, by the way) would have put it in a context clearly not palatable to your devious intentions.  Here, let me:  “My mother asked me recently, after learning of what happened at Chapel Hill on 23 February, ‘Lance, are you willing to die for these things that you believe in?’  My answer was unhesitatingly stated, ‘Yes, mama, I am.’  And I am willing to die for what I believe; I am more so ready to kill for it.  Mr. Jefferson himself said, ‘The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.’  Let me make it perfectly clear that I am not condoning violence, except in self-defense, nor am I making any suggestion of sedition, I am merely stating fact.” (Nero is Rosining His Bow)  That makes it sound very different, doesn’t it?  It surely doesn’t sound like the blood-thirsty savage you make me out to be, does it?  That’s because I’m not; I’m none of the things you accuse me of being.

What do I say to that? Well, yes – lots of people carry Wha… What do I say to that? Well, yes – lots of people carry pocketknives; so what? Does that little three-inch blade scare you? Does it “trigger” you? If so, go back to your “safe space” and cower in the corner while you cry it out; maybe call Mommy to come change your diaper. Grow up, for cryin’ out loud…

The Facebook group Smash Racism Raleigh made the following posts:

Again, that is clearly not a threat. By the way, that “Cops and Klan go hand in hand” kind of crap is exactly why they shake our hands and pepper-spray you idiots; we are respectful and you are far from anything even resembling respectful. You act like feral children and expect to be treated like kings and queens; life lesson, boys and girls – you aren’t royalty, you aren’t entitled to a damned thing except your God-given constitutional rights, and you sure as hell aren’t fear-inducing. Those masks you hide your cowardly faces behind are ridiculous. They don’t make you look threating or intimidating, they make you look like a bunch of third-graders that are too obtuse to realize that Halloween only lasts one day.

Well, as I’ve said, the Chapel Hill Police Department asked us to cancel the event because they were short on manpower, so we did. However, as we didn’t feel the need for police protection, some of us decided to go anyway. As for “student-led lawn games,” we saw no such activity. That is not to say there were none, just that we were nowhere near them. As to carrying a firearm on the campus, I’ll repeat myself: I had been told by a CHPD Officer that as long as we were on the sidewalk and not on campus, we could carry; what she didn’t say was that some the sidewalks were actually considered campus property. The University Police informed us of this and the fact that we would have to get off-campus to which we immediately and respectfully complied. As for your “anti-racist,” perhaps he shouldn’t have provoked the guy. You people are always trying to provoke something, and when you get it, you whine, cry, and bitch about it until somebody sets up counseling for the whole bunch of you thin-skinned cry-babies. Like my daddy always told me: If you can’t take it, don’t dish it out; you’re gonna let your alligator mouths overload your hummingbird behinds.

If they ban me, they ban me; it won’t stop me from coming; they can’t keep me off public streets. As for violence, it’s ANTIFA and those like them that have been the initiators of any and all violence that has taken place whenever I’ve been present. As to the UNC Police “endangering students,” I personally have not witnessed one single such instance. As for them “protecting white supremacists,” well, for the umpteenth time, we are not white supremacists, and we don’t need anyone’s protection, because unlike you, we are very capable of defending ourselves.

Now for some Tweets and posts about us being escorted from the campus of UNC-CH by UNC Police officers:

I never said anyone should be lynched; that is a bald-faced lie. What I said was that certain Communists should be “… led straight to the gallows for High Treason,” and that “… people who would see the Constitution destroyed and our system of government replaced by Socialism, Communism, and/or Islam..” were “… yet more cases of High Treason that should be met as all such; with a short rope and tall tree…” I never once suggested that anyone be hanged without a trial. There’s a chasm of difference between lynching somebody and legally hanging them if such is their sentence. I am honest to a fault, Jordan Green (Senior Editor at Triad City Beat in Greensboro, North Carolina), brutally so, but you, sir, you are a liar; it figures that you’re a reporter. And yes, that is indeed me with a pistol, legally open-carried, because as of yet I have not applied for a Concealed-Carry Permit. I don’t need one right now, because I simply don’t care if you wastes of air know I’m carrying a firearm. As a matter of fact, if Saturday was any indication, it sure seemed to pacify you. I must say that all those ANTIFA members sitting on those benches keeping their traps shut was a beautiful sight.

Oh, I almost forgot! To the kid that had the .25 in his pocket: Boy, if you’re going to carry a gun, get a real gun, not a cap pistol… or is toting an elderly lady’s gun your way of remaining “Gender Neutral?” You do realize a .25 is worthless unless you stick it in your target’s ear before you pull the trigger, don’t you? About all it’s good for is cleaning your own ears; you should give it a try!

Shall we take a peek at some Tweets concerning our presence, actions, and interaction with Law Enforcement Officials? Here you go:

Well, professor (it is “professor,” is it not? I mean, you do call them your students. If not, my apologies), we all (myself, my compatriots, and the LEOs) know it’s your “students” who are violent, unruly, and disrespectful, not us; that’s why the police shake our hands and arrest them. You say, “It’s been hours, I’m still raging.” Tell us, if you were so enraged, why didn’t we see and hear from you while we were there? As for those canned goods, we all also know why your “students” brought them (and by the way, their intent is called “Assault with a Deadly Weapon”); none of us are as nearly as stupid as you take us to be.

Here’s where you meatheads really begin to astound me. Kneeing those “students” in the back and using pepper-spray on them is completely justifiable because they act like a pack of rabid coyotes. They are violent and aggressive and they have gotten nothing less than what they had coming to them. The unconscionable is the fodder you feed their minds to fit your own treasonous political views. And you, professor, are also a liar; we have made no threats against anyone, on- or offline. As to the bare faces, we’re not scared or ashamed to show our faces like your “students;” unlike them, we have no reason to be, because we are not “extremists” as you called us. The fact that they are under surveillance is their own fault; that’s what happens when people act like spoiled children and mindless animals; it’s called karma and anti-Anarchism.

It is approximately eight-thousand and seven-hundred miles from North Carolina to New Zealand; how is the Christchurch shooting even remotely related to Saturday’s event? No member of HttC has threatened anybody that I am aware of, let alone students of UNC-CH, and I’ve explained about carrying the gun on campus. To address your “quotes,” I have never said I was ready to “spill blood.” That is another bald-faced lie. Alyssa Bowen, that makes you a liar, also; no surprise there, apparently not a single one of you is free from wearing that mantle. You have no honor, none of you, hence you are loathsome creatures, not worthy of the title “American.”

UNC Police terrified of canned goods in the hands of students? That’s nothing less than laughable; they weren’t scared, nor are they stupid; they knew what the cans were for. They don’t mind us because they know we’re not violent unless we are assaulted first; we resort to violence only in self-defense. One more thing; that’s a walking stick that you morons are pointing out as a gun in that picture. Are you really that ignorant about firearms? I’m sorry; let me retract that question; it’s stupid; at least one of you obviously is that ignorant. You know, people who don’t know what they’re talking about really should keep their mouths shut; otherwise they appear only as fools.

My, my; such vulgarity; I wonder, do you kiss your mothers with those mouths? Nobody was ever in any danger from us Saturday; nobody assaulted us that day. Do you suppose that was because you didn’t so grossly outnumber us as you have in the past, or perhaps because you could actually see an exposed sidearm? Do you suppose that exposed sidearm may have actually prevented violence? I believe it may have; those violent “students” were surely pacified by something, and that something was one or the other or both of the previously stated reasons, that’s for sure. As for my pistol, they couldn’t quit talking about the facts that I was carrying a sidearm and that it wasn’t concealed; they wanted to know why. I simply told them I was carrying it because I could.

I’m going to end the screen shot portion of this piece with the sadly funny “I need my safe-space” tweets:

Indeed, this is not a joke. We have threatened nobody that I know of, online or elsewhere; that goes against our Code of Conduct, and can result in expulsion from the group. We are not white supremacists, nor are we racists, bigots, fascists, or extremists (all things you and ANTIFA have called us; y’all should really employ a dictionary and a mirror), but you are most definitely an emotionally weak, indoctrinated, bigoted, fascist, extremist, and a pathetic excuse for a human being.

Good Lord; really?! These kids never cease to amaze me with their weakness; it’s like they have less spine than a cephalopod. Nobody is going to hurt you, boy, as long as you don’t assault anybody; grow some cojones. As for the environment, the dirty commie bastards that took down Silent Sam are to blame for that; take it up with them. As soon as he’s back in his rightful place, we will cease to march, and not before. We will not stop, and we will not capitulate to the DCBs, ever.

Once again, no, this is not a joke. However, also once again, nobody is in danger from us unless they assault us, in which case we will legally defend ourselves; if you’re afraid, then don’t assault us, it’s as simple as that. As for punishing people for “showing up to run these assholes off [your] campus when [“they”] won’t,” those people deserve to be punished; they assaulted people (including police officers), little girl; they asked for what they got. And to be perfectly clear, nobody, and I mean nobody, has ever “run [us] off” from anywhere. We leave when we get damned good and ready. I didn’t see anybody trying to run us off Saturday, and I have no doubt it was because they were scared, either because they didn’t have us heavily outnumbered or because of the exposed sidearm carried. As to it being “your” campus, don’t forget that our tax dollars support the University of North Carolina, therefore it is our campus, not yours.

Well, that’s the end of the screenshots. As you can see, there were a lot of the poor things triggered, bless their hearts. And I don’t care; those of us that attend these events are at risk from these people and their terror tactics, and we will no longer peacefully tolerate being assaulted; we will no longer be docile. We realize that they don’t believe in human rights, but we do, and what’s more, the Supreme Law of the Land does, and whether they like it or not, the Constitution trumps their ridiculously over-sensitive feelings. Now for a little about what we saw and heard Saturday…

Have no doubt that ANTIFA is a communist group. We were told by one of them (like I said, equal numbers equals less aggression from them, and apparently makes them willing to have a civil conversation) Saturday that they don’t believe in human rights, personal property, or the Constitution. This particular person claimed to be around thirty years old, and said he did not know what the Declaration of Independence was! This is the mentality and true level of un-education that we’re dealing with, folks! I was flabbergasted, to be honest. Still am…

To ANTIFA and those who have stood with them when I was personally present: You are the fascists, the bigots; you are everything that you claim we are. You have embraced indoctrination and, like slaves, do the bidding of your Communist masters without question. You are like sheep following their shepherd, and like sheep you should remember that although the sheep always outnumber the wolves, it is they who must be protected, lest they be devoured by those wolves, each and every one, and that it is not their shepherd that protects them, but the walls he builds to keep them confined. You don’t believe in human rights, personal property, or the Constitution? Then you don’t believe in freedom; you don’t believe in America. That means you are trying to destroy America, and that makes you traitors. You get mad because Law Enforcement appears to treat us better than you; that’s because we behave as if we “got some learnin’,” as the saying goes, and you act as if you have none. You have no respect for the law or anything else; you have respect for nothing and nobody, yourselves included. You behave as if you are subhuman, and there is no place in civilized society for you. Your beliefs can be tolerated; you behavior cannot, nor can it be dismissed by the law. You are hypocrites, accusing others of being the very things you yourselves are; it’s as if you can’t comprehend the definitions of the words you use. One example of this is the fact that you call us bigots when we are always perfectly willing to have a civilized conversation and accept your opinion as your opinion, to which you have a right; it is you who, typically, don’t want to hear a word about our opinions and refuse to accept that we have the right to have our own opinions; I know this because when we try to speak, you drown us out with chants and megaphones. Another example is the fact that you say you don’t believe in human rights, but are quick to cite the First Amendment in order to be able to spout whatever vulgarities and lies you please, and you seek to suppress our Second Amendment rights. You are spineless cowards; bullies who find courage only in numbers and who burst into tears at any indication that their intended victims might actually defend themselves against your treacherous onslaughts. I now find you more contemptible than ever, far too contemptible for me to be intimidated by you. You are, in a nutshell, the vilest of scum; the smegma of humanity, if you will.

Well, that’s about it, folks. You already had their side of the story, now you have our side; it’s up to you to decide what you think. I think I’ve made it perfectly clear what I think. I do want to say thank you to ANTIFA for the Twitter/Facebook meltdown; legitimate requests for membership to Heirs to the Confederacy has increased 200% or more per day; they’re helping us add to our ranks! With that being said, I don’t feel that there’s any more to be said right now, so I’m signing out. God bless you, each and every one, if such be his will.

P.S. While I was writing this piece, CHAPELBORO.COM posted an article which says that Cameron Street, the street I was on when approached by the UNC Police, is maintained by the city of Chapel Hill, which would make it a public byway, which in turn would mean that I had every right to carry my sidearm there; we shall contact the city offices and find out from them exactly which streets we can and can’t carry weapons on.

The article also says: “Counseling services are available for students, faculty and staff, the university said. Students can call (919) 966-3658 during regular business hours and (919) 966-2281 after hours. Faculty and staff, meanwhile, can call 877-314-5841 24 hours a day.” Counseling?! For what?! Actually laying eyes on a firearm?! O. M. G. I find myself at a complete loss of words… What a bunch of pansies… ~ KLS
