Folks, it’s time to break the cycle of abuses – cruel, brutal, immoral, unconstitutional and unacceptable – that have been heaped upon us by the government for way too long.

Here’s just a small sampling of what we suffered through in 2023.

The government failed to protect our lives, liberty and happiness. The predators of the police state wreaked havoc on our freedoms, our communities, and our lives. The government didn’t listen to the citizenry, refused to abide by the Constitution, and treated the citizenry as a source of funding and little else. Police officers shot unarmed citizens and their household pets. Government agents – including local police – were armed to the teeth and encouraged to act like soldiers on a battlefield. Bloated government agencies were allowed to fleece taxpayers. Government technicians spied on our emails and phone calls. And government contractors made a killing by waging endless wars abroad.

The president became more imperial. Although the Constitution invests the President with very specific, limited powers, in recent years, American presidents have claimed the power to completely and almost unilaterally alter the landscape of this country for good or for ill. The powers amassed by each successive president through the negligence of Congress and the courts – powers which add up to a toolbox of terror for an imperial ruler – empower whoever occupies the Oval Office to act as a dictator, above the law and beyond any real accountability. December 9th marked the anniversary of the Christmas TV special which basically birthed all others: “A Charlie Brown Christmas.”

Most Americans know the plot well. The despondent Charlie Brown who just can’t work up his Christmas cheer amidst crass commercialism. The confident and obnoxious Lucy, who finds the allegedly perfect solution to Charlie Brown’s gloom. The ill-fated Christmas pageant, which confirms Charlie Brown’s status as a loser. And finally, the rebirth of Christmas cheer that comes through Linus’ recitation of the original Christmas story.

But while the basic story is a charming tale with which many of us can empathize, I find the backstory of “A Charlie Brown Christmas” almost more so. Continue reading →

One cannot help but notice that Christmas is once again upon us; from the decorations outside people’s homes, to the frantic sales in the stores to boost year end sales. Yet, has Christmas become so commercialized that we have forgotten what we are celebrating? Putting aside the fact that Christ was probably born in April, not December, we are celebrating the birth of the most important human being who ever lived. I have always felt that Christmas was becoming too commercialized, but this year that sentiment is made more poignant by the fact that I have undergone a spiritual awakening, of sorts, over the past 12 months. Christmas, to me, is not about the decorating, the gift giving, or the big family meal; it is about remembering, “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.” Continue reading →

Here’s how it’s going — and why others are now following suit.

In 2019, San Mateo High School, just south of San Francisco, became the largest school in the United States to become a cellphone-free environment. Now, nearly five years into what began as an experiment, the school considers the change an ongoing success.

“Students are actually talking to one another,” shares Yvonne Shiu, who has been San Mateo’s principal for 17 years. “We’ve had other people on our campus notice, like, ‘Oh my gosh, you can actually see students’ faces and eyes as they’re walking in the hallways and not looking down at their phones.’” Continue reading →

“Joe Biden” is only the most obviously weak device in the feckless and misbegotten regime installed via the blob’s US color revolution of 2020. This sort of coup d’état, you understand, was well-rehearsed by our combined intel, 4-gen war, and propaganda units over prior decades in fractious foreign places like Kyrgyzstan (2005), Egypt (2011), and Ukraine (2014). So, it was only a matter of time before these geniuses turned their political black magic on the home front, against their own citizens. But wasn’t it ol’ Karl Marx himself who observed that tragic history repeats as farce?

Thus, the farcical pageant, in a land of fake everything, of America’s fake government attempting to rescue itself from the web of lies and subterfuge it so cleverly spun for itself to keep all its sundry rackets going. For instance: the preposterous idea that “Joe Biden” is running for reelection. Does anybody over age seven, even in Beverly Hills, believe this whopper? I doubt it. But the absurd meme is repeated endlessly in the relic newspapers and floundering cable news channels, and for one reason: elite members in the party behind all this mischief – that is, the Democratic Party of Chaos – are desperate to avoid prosecution for things like seditious conspiracy to defraud the electorate, bribery, and treason.
