An article on Breitbart for January 7th by AWR Hawkins tells us that: “Virginia gun owners are making clear their plans for noncompliance as Democrats prepare to take control of the legislature and Gov. Ralph Northam promises a war on guns. On January 7th, Breitbart news reported 118 of Virginia’s local governments have declared Second Amendment Sanctuary status since the November 5, 2019 elections gave Democrats enough seats to control the state legislature. Rolling into 2020, all eyes are on Virginia following Governor Ralph Northam’s declared intention to pass onerous new gun control laws that could mandate the forced confiscation of common semi-automatic firearms which have been legal for Virginians to own for more than a century, ever since their invention. The first date in the coming showdown to be aware of is Monday, January 20th, when the Virginia Citizens Defense League, a pro-Second Amendment group, is organizing a “Lobby Day” rally to be held at the state capitol to oppose these new gun control laws. Nearly seven weeks old, but the battle is heating up around the country…

COLUMBIA, S.C. – A bill prefiled in the South Carolina House would take a step toward creating a “gun rights sanctuary state” by banning state and local enforcement of any future federal gun control. Passage into law would represent an important foundational step toward undermining federal acts that infringe on the right to keep and bear arms within the state.

Rep. Stewart Jones (R-Laurens) filed House Bill 4704 (H.4704) on Nov. 20. Titled the “Second Amendment Preservation Act,” the legislation would ban the allocation of public funds, personnel, or property for the implementation, regulation, or enforcement of any executive orders, presidential directives or acts of the United States Congress passed after January 1, 2020, that regulate the ownership, use, or possession of firearms, ammunition, or firearm accessories. War is a fearsome thing and nobody understands that better than men who have heard the whine of a bullet pass by their ear, but given man’s nature, it is all to often a reality. America does have valid concerns in the Middle East, with the primary one being the unimpeded flow of commerce through the Straits of Hormuz. All others are beginning to take a back seat, as the U.S. becomes increasingly energy independent and is making a gradually withdrawal from Middle Eastern conflicts firing, not firing to enter more wars.

Long before the “Shot Heard Round the World” at Lexington and Concord in April of 1775, the new world rose from about 2,000 inhabitants in 1620, to 250,000 by 1770 and 2.4 million by 1775. Most came from the many countries of Europe but some came from as far away as Russia. It has been said that the first American baby was born in Roanoke, VA way back in 1578, 42 years before the landing at Plymouth Rock. That first baby was allegedly named Virginia Dare.

They came for religious reasons (the Puritans), or they came for free land, or they came for commerce and trade. It was a hard life and they paid a huge price. Over half of the people that landed at Plymouth Rock in 1620 died in the first year due to the harsh winter. Continue reading →

San Francisco residents reported more than 30,000 cases of poop to authorities in 2019, city records show.

As of Monday afternoon, the city’s Department of Public Works responded to 30,136 cases of “human or animal waste” this year, easily topping the 28,353 cases the agency handled in 2018 with a week still to go, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of publicly available city records. President Donald J. Trump has done some fine things in the domestic and foreign policy arenas, but even so, despite what the nearly 63 million Americans who voted for him believe, President Trump is not the best thing in America to have come along since sliced white-bread. Unfortunately, with each passing day, he has proven himself to be the Big Spending, Big Government fascist that I knew him to be in 2015. Regardless of his “good deeds”, any American, who stays silent in the face of this president’s current harmful executive orders and signed pieces of legislation, such as the recent Omnibus bill that he signed on December 20th 2019, is not a conservative or a patriot, and their silence does the nation a great disservice, no matter how “great” anyone may view Trump at this moment in history, and no matter Trump’s claim of the “conservative mantel”. In the time-honored tradition of Machiavellian statecraft, all of the charges being leveled against Donald Trump to remove him from office – namely, ‘abuse of power’ and ‘obstruction of congress’ – are essentially the same things the Democratic Party has been guilty of for nearly half a decade: abusing their powers in a non-stop attack on the executive branch. Is the reason because they desperately need a ‘get out of jail free’ card?

Due to the non-stop action in Washington of late, few believe that the present state of affairs between the Democrats and Donald Trump are exclusively due to a telephone call between the US leader and the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. “Smokin’ Joe,” a biography of late heavyweight boxing champion and 3-time Muhammad Ali foil Joe Frazier, was recently reviewed by Gordon Marion in The Wall Street Journal. Among the notable details is the fact that five different women gave birth to Frazier’s eleven kids.

This occurrence is not uncommon among celebrities. Muhammad Ali, actor and director Clint Eastwood, and comedian Eddie Murphy are just a few who have fathered children with multiple women. Politicians fall prey to this problem as well, with San Antonio mayoral candidate Greg Brockhouse – who has four children with four mothers – being one of the most recent examples.

The ideal arrangement for children is that they live with both biological parents 24/7. When two people accept the duty that comes with parenthood, no one else has the same vested interest in the health, well-being, and success of their children.

Is your state likely to be drawn into kinetic conflict as the rule of law disintegrates across America?

Democrats are now all-in on the effort to spark a civil war in America before Trump can win re-election in 2020. The philosophy of Democrats, of course, is, “If we can’t rule it, we will destroy it.” And they know the Trump administration in inching closer every day to revealing the full breadth of corruption and criminality of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Comey and other treasonous criminals (including John McCain).

Notably, all Americans need to understand that until John Brennan, James Comey, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are arrested and indicted, there is no legitimate, functioning rule of law in America. If the most malicious, treasonous criminals can still walk the streets as free people, even after carrying out the most heinous conspiracy of crimes against America, then we do not have any functioning rule of law at all.

If a civil war is ignited in 2020, it won’t be like the North vs. South arrangement of 1861 – 1865. Rather, it will be structured as a series of state-focused mini-civil wars that pit the armed, rural, pro-American patriots against the treasonous, lawless, anti-American Democrats in their capital cities.
