“There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.” ~ Isaac Asimov
I wish people could hear how ridiculous they sound sometimes. Take gun control for instance; the proponents of stricter gun control laws are always saying that they want tougher background checks upon those seeking to purchase a firearm, and that there should be bans upon those scary ‘assault’ rifles; although technically a baseball bat could be considered an ‘assault’ stick if used to inflict harm upon another. Just watch the Quentin Tarantino movie Inglorious Basterds if you want to see an example of an assault stick in action.
Let me ask you something, (although I already suspect what kind of answers I’ll get); which do you think is more dangerous; an AR-15 in the hands of one psychopath or a single vote in the hands of millions of uneducated voters? A standard .223 round fired from an AR-15 can travel up to 3 miles; although its effective range is about 600 meters; less than half a mile. Yet the votes of uneducated voters have consequences that are felt by every single person living in America. Continue reading

Many of the young people rioting today are not committed Marxist revolutionaries. (There are large, powerful, dark forces behind the riots; the actual rioters are just political fodder.) Many are rioting largely because it’s considered by their peers and their influencers to be the cool, popular thing to do. In that, they are the most recent iteration of the popular American “counterculture” that began in the mid-20th century and has traveled hand in hand with left-wing politics (and has, alarmingly, gained the upper hand in the popular culture).

There is scarcely any distance between Democrats and the rioters, looters and arsonists because Democrats are on record for supporting, endorsing and sanctioning the rioters, looters and arsonists. By their own hand, Democrat voters are aiding and abetting the rioting, looting and arson. It is not about race, it’s all about power.
We are in uncertain times indeed. Anyone with half a brain who researches their own information knows there are very dangerous paradigms in play that have historically had disastrous consequences and were catalysts to future chaos from their respective points in history. But there are many things going on that have NOT happened before. These are the things that I wish to talk about.

After what we witnessed during the confirmation hearings for Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh and the recent attacks against ACB just after a mere hint that she was the nominee, we know without a doubt that this confirmation is going to be contentious as all hell breaking loose over the coming weeks. They’ve already been attacking her faith and the fact that she belongs to a group within the Catholic Church, People of Praise, that they falsely attempt to portray as some sort of cult.
Up until recently I had never given much thought to the subject of economics. I never took an economics class in school and my understanding of the subject could be best explained by, “Don’t spend more than you earn.” However, the more I’ve learned about our system of government, and the men who created it, the more I’ve realized that I’ll never understand the extent of what they did unless I gain some insight into money; how it is created, how it is controlled, and how people profit from its exchange.

It is a fundamental human trait to locate the source of anything bad happening and try to neutralize it. There are, however, times that the source of the harm cannot be pinpointed or when successfully recognized, it cannot be eliminated. Failure to recognize the source or neutralize it can devastate our cities.
