On November 7, 1965, I swore this oath: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…. On June 4, 1968 I landed in the Jungles and have been embroiled in the Battles to save this nation ever since that day – 54 plus years – and have not once violated that Oath of Office since that day of enlistment. Yet it was on that fateful day upon landing in Viet Nam – that the battles really began – oh no – not that which I spent 21 months flying over the jungles of – but other battles…

My friend and contributing author, Justin O. Smith has been fighting these same battles “against all enemies, foreign and domestic” for some 40 years – never stopping to reach out to our Brothers and Sisters throughout this land to educate them to see what the war to save this nation was really all about. Where are they all? Watching TV? Supporitng Professional Sports? Listening to the idiotic news-barons, who have bought into the Leftist, Socialist Bullshit?

For one, I am preparing to enter the hospital on September 21st for – what is expected to be some minor relatively surgery – but then – one never knows the outcome – until it’s over. If something should go wrong – then this would be the Final Post on the Federal Observer, but then hopefully Justin would continue on with his efforts – but – other on-line publications which he has been contibuting to for many years, have chosen to close up shop – partially due to age and health related issues – and others because the publisher’s have given up the battles..

A few years ago writer Henry Lamb wrote something called “Agenda 21 – What Is It? How Did It get Here?” In that he said: “Agenda 21 is a set of policy recommendations designed to reorganize global society around the principles of environmental protection, social equity, and what is called ‘sustainable’ economic development. At the heart of the concept of sustainable development, is the assumption that government must manage society to ensure that human activity conforms to these principles…” We might ask the question – do the people that set up and ordain these plans then plan to live under the same standards they set up for us proles? Dumb question isn’t it? And you already know the answer.

An article in The Blaze which I often have not agreed with (but this time they got it right), noted that support for Agenda 21 didn’t come only from the United Nations. It also came from “wealthy donors like billionaire George Soros, whose Open Society gave ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives) a $2.1 million grant in 1997 to support its local Agenda 21 Project. In another troubling sign the Biden administration views distrusting American citizens as dangerous and subversive, the public learned this week the FBI has been reading private Facebook posts, and labeling the writer a domestic terrorist threat, if you questioned the 2020 presidential election. Those comments then earned the Facebook user his or her own investigation by their own disapproving government.

If our national cannot memorialize fallen soldiers (Americans) in a cemetery, then where?

WASHINGTON (AP) — An independent commission is recommending that the Confederate Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery be dismantled and taken down, as part of its final report to Congress on the renaming of military bases and assets that commemorate the Confederacy.

Panel members on Tuesday rolled out the final list of ships, base roads, buildings and other items that they said should be renamed. But unlike the commission’s recommendations earlier this year laying out new names for nine Army bases, there were no suggested names for the roughly 1,100 assets across the military that bear Confederate names.

Retired Army Brig. Gen. Ty Seidule, vice-chair of the commission, said the final cost for all of its renaming recommendations will be $62,450,030. The total for the latest changes announced Tuesday is $40,957,729, and is included in that amount. Continue reading →

The Supreme Court’s decision in West Virginia v. EPA represents an important victory over the regulatory Deep State, because it applies not only to the Environmental Protection Agency and greenhouse gases – but to all major actions by all federal agencies. Many Americans certainly believe that is the case.

However, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Richard Glick claims the decision doesn’t apply to him, FERC or the energy-killing regulations he wants to impose on pipelines. He says those rules can remain in place or even be strengthened until the Supreme Court specifically overrules his agency’s actions, despite the threat those regulations pose to families’ ability to heat, air condition and electrify their homes. There is more truth about American journalism in the film “Kill the Messenger,” which chronicles the mainstream media’s discrediting of the work of the investigative journalist Gary Webb, than there is in the movie “All the President’s Men,” which celebrated the exploits of the reporters who uncovered the Watergate scandal.

The mass media blindly support the ideology of corporate capitalism. They laud and promote the myth of American democracy — even as we are stripped of civil liberties and money replaces the vote. They pay deference to the leaders on Wall Street and in Washington, no matter how perfidious their crimes. They slavishly venerate the military and law enforcement in the name of patriotism. The head of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) warned that Mexican cartels are using the opioid fentanyl to kill Americans in record numbers.

DEA Administrator Anne Milgram issued this warning during an Aug. 19 interview on “CBS Mornings.” She cited two major drug cartels as the main driving forces behind the majority of fentanyl-related deaths in the United States. Continue reading →

FDA set to authorize updated COVID-19 booster shots for newer Omicron strains without completed human tests
New COVID-19 booster shots are set to be authorized this week by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and will be available to most Americans before human testing has even been completed.

The shots have been modified to target the latest Omicron variant, but won’t have finished testing in humans when the FDA makes the decision. Trifecta! Man Snags Bat Stew Flu, Monkeypox, and HIV in One Bromantic Weekend
The 36-year-old man told doctors he’d had two doses of the Pfizer “vaccine” (which we know doesn’t keep people from contracting the Honk Kong Fluey) and did not use condoms (which we know can prevent HIV) while enjoying a sex-fest in Spain June 16–20. The Journal of Infection reported that the “patient tested positive for HIV-1 and, given his preserved CD4+ lymphocyte count, we could assume that the infection was relatively recent.”

It was also the second time the double-vaxxed man had contracted COVID-19, the first being in January 2022. He tested negative for HIV in September 2021 and positive for syphilis in 2019.

With every passing day, the United States government borrows yet another leaf from Nazi Germany’s playbook: Secret police. Secret courts. Secret government agencies. Surveillance. Censorship. Intimidation. Harassment. Torture. Brutality. Widespread corruption. Entrapment. Indoctrination. Indefinite detention.

These are not tactics used by constitutional republics, where the rule of law and the rights of the citizenry reign supreme. Rather, they are the hallmarks of authoritarian regimes, where secret police control the populace through intimidation, fear and official lawlessness on the part of government agents.

In case you’re wondering, I haven’t gone off the deep end and started writing essays about the Muppets. Kermit the frog is the nickname I have given Bill Gates, due to the striking resemblance between the two of them; that’s all.

If one simply goes by what Wikipedia says, William Henry Gates III is an American business magnate, software developer, investor, author, and philanthropist. That is Bill Gate’s public face; the one he projects to hide his true self – his inner soul; and that’s assuming he has a soul! Serial killer Ted Bundy was charming and charismatic, yet he was still responsible for the murder of 30 young women; possibly even more.

If you want to know the real Bill Gates, or at least get an idea of who and what he is, you should watch the movie adaptation of the Dan Brown novel, Inferno. In that film there is a character named Bertrand Zobrist who believes that the Earth is heading towards a population crisis, and he comes up with a plan to unleash a virus that will kill half the world’s population; thereby saving the planet from destruction. Both the fictional Zobrist, and the real-life Gates, believe that the Earth’s population is heading towards a point where the planet will not be able to sustain life; they just differ slightly in how to go about slowing down, or reducing the population. I don’t think anyone will be shocked to learn that the experts say that Dr. Anthony Fauci lied about the origins of the COVID-19 virus. Fauci claimed, under oath, that the virus was ‘naturally occurring.

Scientists testified before the Senate in a hearing Wednesday that it was an impossible claim. That wasn’t the only lie Fauci told.

On Election Day 2016, I sat in the passenger seat of Alex Jones’s Dodge Hellcat as we swerved through traffic, making our way to a nearby polling place. As Jones punched the gas pedal to the floor, the smell of vodka, like paint thinner, wafted up from the white Dixie cup anchored in the console. My stomach churned as the phone I held streamed live video to Facebook: Jones rambling about voter fraud and rigged elections while I stared at the screen, holding the camera at an angle to hide his double chin.
