Democrats have been destroyed from the inside out. I’m old enough to remember when Republicans were just right of center, and Democrats were just left of center. At that time, both sides of the aisle still had the best interests of the country as their primary objective. Both sides still respected American traditions and were proud of our Western Culture as a whole.

Those days have been over for decades. Yet, the left refuses to acknowledge the divide and continues to drift further away. In doing so, they are undermining the foundation of our country in numerous ways, which I won’t address in detail today. However, they have taken yet another damaging step toward oblivion in the education of our children.

The New York Post has learned that the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) are planning a comprehensive takeover of the New York City public school system, and they are doing it openly, in fact brazenly, all the while thumbing their noses at the students they intend to indoctrinate and their parents.

Led by a deranged group of radical, communist leftists, they plan on incorporating the teachings of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels into the everyday teachings of impressionable children. Most of you are probably familiar with Marx’s affiliation with communism, but you may not be as knowledgeable about Engels.

He was a German philosopher and a revolutionary socialist, best known for his lifelong collaboration with Marx. Together, they co-authored The Communist Manifesto in 1848 and developed the political and philosophical system known as Marxism. After Marx’s death, Engels took on the role of editor for his works, completing the second and third volumes of Das Kapital.

What Marx and Engels collaborated on was a severely flawed delusion that had no chance of success. Whenever it has been attempted to be put into practice, it has caused misery, poverty, and suffering to all but an elite group who wield undeserved power like a judgmental sword. Yet, throughout history, the naïve and uneducated will inevitably try to resurrect this social nightmare while painting it as a sweet dream of social reform.

Enter Maureen Fadem, Amanda Vender, and Nina Bruckenthal. Three out-of-control, delusional leftists who have no problem displaying their arrogance as well as their deviousness towards accomplishing their goal of communism, no matter who is hurt.

“We need to overhaul the curriculum in a class consciousness frame. The curriculum as a whole needs to be relooked at, re-envisioned and reframed.”

This is a woman who is a professor at CUNY Kingsborough Community College, yet she says nothing about the necessary subjects or education that these students will need to function and contribute in a meaningful way to society. Instead, her single-minded focus is to indoctrinate these children with a political fallacy that will generate nothing but depression, heartbreak, and discontentment.

Like all forms of fascism, it feeds as it breeds, and within the corruption, one hand washes the other. Those involved in this latest scheme openly proclaim that they intended to exploit their newly elected comrade mayor for all of his influence.

In addition to students being taught about “class consciousness,” the radical Marxist idea that business owners are in conflict with their workers and that all private property should be abolished, a bedrock belief of Marxism, Fadem also stated that teachers must receive education in “race consciousness.”

According to Fadem, “We need to be teaching teachers about institutional racism in the training of pedagogy. The curriculum was built not under a democratic socialist frame; it was built under a neoliberal and conservative frame.”

Communist gibberish, nothing more, nothing less.

The meeting where this educational anarchy was being formed was titled, “Planning for Socialist School Governance.”

The event was organized by Nina Bruckenthal, co-chair of the NYC DSA Labor Working Group and a math teacher at NEST+m, a public science-oriented K-12 school located on the Lower East Side. Amanda Vender, an ESL teacher at the International High School of Sciences in Elmhurst, Queens, also played a key role in the organization.

PARENTS: IMHO, GET YOUR CHILDREN OUT OF THOSE SCHOOLS!

They want to trap these students in the New York Public School system so they can freely indoctrinate them about communism

How audacious and disgusting are their intentions?

First, they admit that they intend to exploit and use Mamdani’s communist influence to push their sick agenda: “DSA does have a relationship with the mayor, and we can leverage that,” Bruckenthal said.

Then they openly confess to working to destroy parental freedom of choice by pushing to eliminate school choice, by fighting against the option of charter schools.

Translation: They want to trap these students in the New York Public School system so they can freely indoctrinate them about communism.

A different teacher cautioned that the organization’s revolutionary agenda might prompt parents to leave the public school system in favor of enrolling their children in charter schools. They urged the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) to oppose school choice and work towards strengthening the United Federation of Teachers (UFT).

“All of our reforms are obviously not very popular. And so as long as school choice exists, parents are going to pull away and go to charter schools that are un-unionized because they believe in that.”

No kidding, you’re pushing communism on impressionable American students.

Notice how this narcissistic clown refers to parents having a choice as though it’s a problem and something that shouldn’t be allowed. This is the open arrogance of the present-day Democratic Party. They have also conspired to use upcoming contract negotiations to realize their far-left goals.

They even promised to include their demands in the upcoming contract negotiations between the United Federation of Teachers and NYC.

North American Values Institute Research Director Mika Hackner stated:

“The webinar made clear that the DSA sees Mayor Mamdani as a window of opportunity to advance its agenda.”

Former Community Education Council Two President Maud Maron warned that parents should beware the power-hungry radicals.

Maron told the New York Post:

“Childless apparatchiks seeking access to other people’s children in order to convert them to their beliefs is the definition of grooming. Hands off the kids.”

The UFT contract for Gotham teachers is set to expire on November 28, 2027, and the DSA has been progressively strengthening its grip on the union.

Bruckenthal chirped:

“We can make real wins through our contract bargaining process. I would argue for this group, something that is strategic and winnable could be won through our bargaining.”

Many members of the DSA are part of the UFT’s Movement of Rank-and-File Educators caucus (MORE), and together, the two organizations have organized anti-Israel protests throughout the city.

The group has articulated a plan to wrest control of the UFT and use its power to influence local politics.

This group of communist influencers is making no secret about its attack plan. So, the community should be EXTREMELY VOCAL in their opposition to any and all attempts by anyone to incorporate this into their children’s education.

This is beyond an outrage, but it should have been expected when voters emboldened these traitors by electing a do-nothing and know-nothing communist like Mamdani.

It’s time to make up for that huge mistake by not making any more. It’s time to get pissed, really pissed, and to put an end to this. This is still America, a Christian nation, and a Democratic Republic; this is not a communist dictatorship controlled by fascists under Sharia law.
