The Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees birthright citizenship and prohibits states from denying anyone “due process of law” and “equal protection under the law.” This Constitutional Amendment was designed to protect freed slaves and guarantee their birthright. The 14th Amendment doesn’t say that all persons born in the U.S. are citizens. It says “all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” are citizens.
The Supreme Court, thanks to Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett, ruled anyone born in the US are automatically citizens, even the baby’s parents are from a different country and in the USA illegally.
Barrett in particular has been a disappointment. We all know Roberts often sides with the left, but President Trump appointed Barrett and he must be tired of her rulings where she often sides with the leftist justices. Barrett was recommended by Mitch McConnell which tells you everything. The ruling allows anyone to travel here and drop an anchor baby, thus allowing the parents to stay and collect welfare and other services.
Thanks to Barrett, the US maternity ward is now open. Come one, come all – the entire world can come here and their children will automatically become US citizens.
President Trump will now appeal to Congress, but apparently the 14th Amendment will have to change and that will not be an easy task to accomplish. In the meantime, we have to lock up the borders tighter than GITMO and double mass deportations.
President Trump is ready to fight, and we are there with him.

The Supreme Court’s recent ruling on anchor babies goes beyond the pale and once again reveals Chief Justice John Roberts as a TREASONOUS, Ignorant Ass-Wipe totally unsuited for reviewing the law as it was written and understood at the time of its passage, in regard to the 14th Amendment. Roberts, along with Amy Comey Barrett, the Papist Nut and the three Witches, has obviously decided the “FREE MONEY & WELFARE FOR ALL” sign on our border was not good enough to drive the final nail in America’s coffin — now, we need to give the third world an even greater motivation and incentives to flood across our borders in human waves. And from this day forth, until such time we garner the political will to stop it, many ignoble anti-American so-called “leaders” will continue to lure illegal aliens with the guarantee of American citizenship for any children they birth on U.S. soil. ~ Justin O.
