The more I see and hear coming out of sanctuary cities and states all around the nation, whether we speak of New York City, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Chicago or up the road from me in Nashville, the more convinced I am that there isn’t any peaceful solution, and we freedom and liberty minded Americans can no longer sit idly by while America is slowly dismantled piece by piece by subversive Democrat Marxist-Maoist Communists far too willing to do any and everything to destroy Her, even to the point of accepting financial help and training from the Chinese communists and other communists abroad.

Many lack the courage to admit this fact, simply because they don’t want to tip the cart so-to-speak, and they somehow believe we can simply keep limping along trying to make compromise after compromise with these vile, evil, intransigent commie rat bastards in a manner that prevents America from succeeding and reaching Her full potential. They would rather see the nation die slowly so long as their own respective and relative comfort isn’t disrupted in the slightest, looking at only ensuring their own prosperity and “security” in the short term rather than doing everything within their power to ensure prosperity and real and solid security for all Americans while defending and protecting our inalienable God-given rights.

Enforcing standing immigration law and detaining and arresting violent protestors and illegal aliens violates nobody’s inalienable God-given rights, but the Far Left presents it as such, because they have built the most incredible inversion of reality ever witnessed in the history of mankind, where up is down and good is somehow now evil.

Americans who love their families, freedom and liberty and America had better get off their asses and start fighting for all those things. Their silence and inaction are helping America’s enemies, both foreign and domestic, and endangering all they hold dear and love. ~ J.O.S. 

No Small Matter: Insurrection In America

We are now witnessing renewed protests, assaults and violence in Minneapolis and many other sanctuary cities around the country, as the Democrat Party Communist leaders foment civil unrest and insurrection against the rightful enforcement of U.S. immigration law and basically sending the message that illegal alien invaders taking the U.S. taxpayer to the poorhouse are more important than any American citizen. And people such as Governor Tim Walz, Mayor Jacob Frey and Attorney General Keith Ellison are speaking out of both sides of their mouths with their heads stuck far up their own anti-American collective asses, as they tell people to “remain calm” in one breath and in the next tell them to go out and do everything they can to resist the “ICE Gestapo” and the “ICE Nazis”.

The Democrats and their communist supporters are angry that ICE is gathering up their “new voters” – illegal alien invaders – and deporting them. How dare they actually enforce standing U.S. immigration law.

These communists in sanctuary cities live for this sort of civil unrest and violence, because it gives cover for all their illegal and unconstitutional actions, as they circle the collective wagons to defend the indefensible, the sort of mammoth fraud found in every Democrat communist state and city stronghold that seeks to hold power forever by building a new power base from the ranks of illegal alien invaders once the Democrats can finagle a way to legitimize them all and make them legal voters.

In the meantime, their anti-American antics and policies have made the streets of their cities less safe. It is the radical communist protestors in the streets building blockades, hounding and harassing ICE and Border Patrol agents in the commission of their duties and attacking conservative counter-protestors and journalists, who are making these cities unsafe, not the ICE agents. If these Democrat Party Communists were following standing U.S. law and cooperating with ICE to properly, lawfully and rightfully deport illegal aliens, these ICE raids would be totally unnecessary; but since they’ve been made necessary, they have been made even more exponentially dangerous, as local police departments in sanctuary cities have been ordered to stand down and offer no assistance to ICE agents when they come under assault by these red, radical communists intent on tearing America and the republic down and apart.

It should seem fairly damned clear that engaging in violent and chaotic “protests”, screaming obscenities, blowing bear horns in the faces of ICE agents, obstructing agents efforts to subdue and arrest other protestors and illegal alien criminals, and fighting with government agents while carrying one’s own firearm in an intense and highly charged confrontation – no matter how “legal” said firearm may be – comes with known risks of a deadly encounter. And while some call this “tragic”, I have no sympathy for those fools who are doing their dead level best to aid in the destruction of America.

Now another red, radical protestor, Alex Pretti, has been shot and killed on January 24th 2026 by an ICE agent, as Pretti engaged in feigned outrage and performance art while confronting officers with a loaded 9mm pistol and two extra magazines. He was part of an organized group funded by numerous communist groups that was using SIGNAL communiques through a group called “SALUTE” to track and locate ICE operations across Minneapolis. And now it has come to light that a fairly significant number of Minnesota politicians and judges and other government officials, as well as some so-called “journalists”, have also been party to this, which does in fact make this an outright insurrection.

No – it isn’t against the law to carry a firearm to a protest. But if one is going to do so, he better at least know how to act with a modicum of good common sense and within the restraints of the law. Being armed doesn’t give anyone the right to violate another person’s rights, and it certainly doesn’t make them righteous if they break the law, even if they believe their cause to be some form of warped “justice”.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said the silent part out loud in the aftermath of Pretti’s death:

“Even if there is an investigation that ultimately proves that at the time of the shooting it was legally justified, I don’t even think that matters at this point because people are angry at ICE“.

This shows the level of ignorance on full display at the highest stations of society, as a police chief on one of America’s largest cities essentially says that the facts no longer matter and that feelings take precedent over the law now – his words designed to stay politically aligned with the Democrat communists and fan the flames of insurgency further.

So basically, in Minneapolis, if you raise enough hell and scream and cry loud enough, the laws no longer apply to you. That’s some real pie-in-the-sky commie Bullshit.

“On Sunday evening, Data Republican published a spreadsheet of 4000+ donors to the effort and their possible identities, and made that publicly downloadable. She also sent a non-redacted spreadsheet to the FBI and other authorities.”

Minnesota State Rep. Alex Falconer has admitted to helping the anti-ICE mobs, stating that he is “helping to lead the community response and rapid response network that we have, given any ICE situations”.

And then there’s Rep. Brad Tabke who coordinates the Scott County ICE Watch Signal chat just outside of Minneapolis. This includes recruiting people for patrol, dispatch and training, and even food receiving/packing/delivery shifts.

We also find foreign contributors to this insurrection, such as Jonny Soppotiuk, a Canadian, who operates the crowdfunding site ‘Chuffed’. There is also the involvement of Neville Roy Singham, an American born Chinese agent, who funds the Party for Socialism and Liberation, the Peoples’ Forum, Code Pink and a network of other money laundering operations that supply all the logistics for the Marxist-Maoist mobs going all the way back to the riots of 2020.

An unbelievably massive number of these so-called “protestors” are actually being paid to show up – to chant and raise hell – to block roads – to resist in any manner that comes to their ignorant little commie minds and anti-American black hearts.

This is no small matter. This is not “peaceful protest”. This is an outright insurrection.

Movements such as Black Lives Matter, Antifa, La Raza, Network for Racial Justice, Pueblo Sin Fronteras, Indivisible Twin Cities, Open Society and others are not independent activist groups but components of a coordinated Marxist-Maoist ideological network. Many activists within these movements openly reference Marxist theory, anti‑capitalist rhetoric, and revolutionary language. Some founders or organizers have described themselves as trained Marxists or have been involved in far‑left organizations with historical ties to communist movements. Their ideological roots are not incidental – they are foundational. The rhetoric of systemic oppression, class struggle, and revolutionary transformation is not their expression of metaphor – it is a blueprint.

These anti-American Marxist-Maoists’ ideological philosophies are explicitly anti‑capitalist, anti‑police, and anti‑state.

It is maddening to hear so many reporters suggest that the Trump administration should back off in order to cool things down and prevent any more deaths, because that is the goal that is driving all of this along. Minneapolis is serving as a control test of political wills. And Governor Tim Walz, Mayor Jacob Frey, Attorney General Keith Ellison and many other elected officials are working day and night to prevail over federal law by way of continued nullification tactics, not so much from love of illegal aliens but due to the fact that it serves to also distract away from the largest inter-governmental fraud case in many long decades.

Even some Republicans have urged “a more tolerant approach” out of concern that any further action from the Trump administration will hurt them in the midterm elections. I guess they would like it better if all ICE and Border Patrol agents simply bent over and grabbed their ankles to take whatever abuse the commies send their way up the ass.

People must stop accepting the false narrative put out there by America’s Democrat communists that ICE is in the wrong for enforcing U.S. immigration law and deporting illegal aliens, especially when most of that focus of late has been on criminal illegal alien invaders.

These insurrectionists and traitors to America actually think they get to pick and choose which U.S. laws they may or may not obey.

The Marxist-Maoist Democrat Party Communists’ of Minneapolis and every other sanctuary state and city and within Congress have been continuously fanning the flames of this insurrection from the first moment President Trump started trying to keep his campaign promises to seal our borders and remove illegal aliens from the country. They don’t just oppose enforcement – they demonize it, as they tell their communist supporters to resist and obstruct ICE and Border Patrol as they try to do their lawful duty – calling good and decent men and women of ICE “invaders” and “occupiers” and referring to lawful deportations as “kidnappings, all in a concerted effort to increase the level and intensity of public outrage.

No matter how shocked Governor Tim Walz and Mayor Jacob Frey and many other Marxist-Maoist politicians might try to appear – no matter how much they disavow violence and say they didn’t mean for this to happen, it’s all a damned act. This is exactly what they want. They bankrolled and built it and they are completely complicit and responsible for the collapse of the system and this ensuing chaos. And they must be made to pay heavily for their treason against America.

But every damned one of these red, radical rat bastards would have us believe that it’s different – moral and righteous even – when they attack “fascists” and “white supremacists” minding their own business and trying to actually worship in peace and quiet. They would have us believe that all is fine whenever they commit crimes and injustices against conservative and Christian America in the name of “social justice”.

From this perspective, the refusal of major cities and states to enforce federal immigration law is not a matter of humanitarian concern but a calculated strategy. Sanctuary jurisdictions – New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Minneapolis, and many others – are viewed as political enclaves where federal law is selectively nullified in favor of Marxist-Maoist ideological loyalty – and a nation that cannot control its borders cannot control its destiny. When millions enter illegally and local governments actively obstruct federal enforcement, the rule of law then somehow becomes viewed as optional by those best served by so flawed a stance. This is their tactic: overwhelm the system, delegitimize enforcement, and then use the resulting chaos to justify radical restructuring of immigration norms and citizenship itself.

Illegal immigration is a tool for diluting the political power of existing citizens and creating a permanent dependent class aligned with the Marxist-Maoist Democrat Party political movements. The fact that activists physically obstruct ICE operations, attack federal officers, and organize mass protests against deportations is evidence of their revolutionary mindset – one that rejects the legitimacy of the U.S. government and its constitutional authority whenever acting in pursuance of enforcing any righteous law, such as is the case on border security and the deportations of illegals. When citizens attack federal agents in the course of their lawful duties and local governments refuse to cooperate with federal law enforcement, the line between civil activism and insurrection has not just been blurred, it has been crossed.

Sanctuary cities are not engaging in civil disobedience. They are subverting the very structure of the republic and organizing themselves across the nation as staging grounds for communist enemies-from-within and our enemies abroad to stand against federal authority. The coordination between them at every level from the ordinary Useful Idiot in the streets to the top echelons of state governments proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that sanctuary policies are just a part of the broader communist ideological subversion of the American republic more than simple isolated policy choices.

The Marxist-Maoist Democrat Party Communists’ tactics mirror those used in historical communist uprisings: delegitimizing police, overwhelming institutions, creating chaos, and using disorder as a pretext for political transformation.

Illegal immigration has become a tool for reshaping the electorate. Sanctuary cities have become laboratories for post‑constitutional governance. Marxist-Maoist protest movements have become the shock troops of ideological change. And the United States is not simply divided – it is being dismantled from within — and we sit on the verge of civil war.

It’s astounding to hear some conservative leaders decry any hard, definitive action through any large mobilization of federal manpower to totally neutralize and end the sanctuary cities’ insurrection, as they express fears that any insertion of a large number of federal agents and National Guard will finally tip the nation into a full-blown civil war. They further assert that this is just what the Democrat communists want – that it plays into their hands to further erode Republican power and primes America for a total socialist takeover.

And so what do they propose? That we all just sit and watch and wait as the nation is destroyed by a thousand socialist cuts?

It’s better to do what is necessary now to stop this insurrection than wait any longer until it’s gained enough momentum to take the country by storm.

President Trump must federalize the National Guard in every respective sanctuary state and invoke the Insurrection Act, while also calling out the federal U.S. Armed Forces to enter these states and immediately set about the work of putting down this insurgency just as quickly and hard as they can, in order to ensure this sort of subversion is put in a deep, dark political grave, never to be given ground again. And if the Democrat Communists are really foolish and stupid enough to escalate this to a full-blown civil war, well, by damned, let’s give it to them in spades and stack their dead, rotting red, radical corpses ten feet deep and ten feet high in all directions for as far as the eye can see.

Whoever thinks it’s simply a great idea to try to wait them out and deal with their bullshit through more talks, you’re on your own as far as I’m concerned. This doesn’t get solved through more talk, discussions and negotiations or any other peaceful measure.

Whether anyone wishes to acknowledge it or not, America is at War – a war against tyranny and a war for Her very survival.
