U.S. Man Charged $5,000 for Sitting in the ER Waiting Room — and Never Saw a Doctor
If you’re not an experienced parent and maybe a little bit prone to overreaction, you too would rush your child to the emergency room when they suddenly developed a rash. You’re going to have to cough up a lot of cash to ultimately be prescribed a topical ointment you could’ve been told to get by an urgent care doctor, but that’s parenting. It happens.

But what if you didn’t even get to see the emergency room doctor? Should you still be charged thousands of dollars?

That’s what Nathan Jachimiec did for his 11-year-old son, Ian, back in May. They pulled into the Good Samaritan Hospital ER in San Jose, hoping a doctor could explain their son’s mysterious rash, but he never got the chance to do so. They just sat there, in the waiting room, constantly being told by a nurse to keep doing what they were doing.. (Continue to full article)

The Sept. 10 death of Charlie Kirk – the highest-profile U.S. political figure to be assassinated in nearly six decades – represents a tipping point for the nation, legal scholars and others told The Epoch Times. How leaders and the populace react to it could determine whether the tide of political violence continues to rise or recedes.

The 31-year-old father of two was fatally shot in the neck as he spoke on a Utah college campus. As of Sept. 11, the gunman remained unidentified and on the loose; police detained two people but released both after questioning.

Susan MacManus, a Florida political scholar for a half-century, said Kirk’s slaying could spark important changes… (Continue to full article)

The game of chicken Donald Trump is playing with China as part of his tariff war is reportedly on the verge of doing irreparable harm to America’s soybean farmers with Chinese negotiators holding the upper hand.

According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, soybeans farmers are poised to harvest “tens of millions of tons of soybeans,” but their biggest market, China, is not buying, thereby putting pressure of the Trump administration to make a tariff deal.

As the Journal’s Jon Emont and Patrick Thomas are reporting, China’s buyers are boycotting American soybean crops unless Trump first drops the 20 percent tariff the the president imposed… (Continue to full article)

U.S. Congressman Says Healthcare Premiums Will Skyrocket 93%, “Make No Mistake About It

…ANGER at Health Care industry!

In March, Congress approved a continuing resolution (CR) to fund the federal government for fiscal year 2025 (ending September 30), successfully averting a government shutdown.

Now, House Democrats including U.S. Representative Jim McGovern (D-MA) are looking at a new GOP CR, presented on Tuesday, that in its current form Democrats say would hurt working class Americans. With the September 30th deadline looming, a government shutdown on October 1 is at stake as the two sides negotiate.

Let me paint a picture. A mom and a dad in their early 60’s, both have jobs, they make $80,000 a year combined. Right now they can afford their health care barely. But if these A.C.A. Credits expire, their bill jumps more than $17,000 a year. That’s like a house mortgage. That’s $1,400 a month every month just for the privilege of not going bankrupt if they get sick… (Continue to full article)

Links Found Between Charlie Kirk Killer, Armed Queers SLC, Anti-ICE Shooter, BLM, and Radical Gun Club
The assassination of Charlie Kirk has revealed an interconnected web of militant leftist groups. Shooter Tyler Robinson and his transgender partner, Lance Twiggs, are tied to Armed Queers SLC, which deleted its social media accounts immediately after the killing. Federal investigators are also probing Benjamin Song, the ex-Marine accused of leading the July ICE detention center attack, who connected the Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club to both Armed Queers SLC and broader Antifa networks. Evidence of joint workshops, cross-state coordination, and BLM collaborations underscores how these radical factions trained, organized, and operated together.

Robinson fatally shot Kirk at Utah Valley University, using antifa symbolism in the attack. He engraved lyrics from “Bella Ciao,” described as “probably the most important rallying song to Antifa militants for decades,” on his rifle cartridges. Twiggs, who was transitioning from male to female, provided Discord messages to law enforcement that revealed Robinson’s planning and motivation.

In one exchange, Robinson wrote: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it,” justifying the assassination by saying, “I had had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.”… (Continue to full article)

Cartels Smuggle Big Drug Loads by Rail into US

Mexican Cartel Smugglers have long used traincars to move illegal aliens deeper into the US, but using trains for drug smuggling hasn’t been as common recently, although that appears to be changing.

On September 14, 2025, a San Antonio-based “High Intensity Drug Area” (HIDTA) Task Force, which includes officers from the San Antonio Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, US Drug Enforcement Administration, and Union Pacific Railroad Police checking northbound freight trains hit the jackpot.

After a K9 showed keen interest in one of the train’s railcars, agents took a closer look and found more than 500 pounds of methamphetamine worth well over a million dollars hidden inside… (Continue to full article)
