The LGBTQ lobby has targeted Christian schools for destruction, using the so-called “Equality Act” to force all Christians schools, pre-K through college, to accept all aspects of the LGBTQ agenda … or be stripped of accreditation and face lawsuits and persecution by the U.S. Department of Justice.
The bill passed the House in 2019 and 2021. It was reintroduced in the 118th Congress on June 21, 2023, in the House of Representatives and Senate. And now HR 15 already has 212 Democrat co-sponsors in the House. All they need is six Republicans to pass this bill.
With Congress back in session, HR 15 is a high priority for LGBTQ advocates. If this bill is signed into law, it would be a devastating blow to religious freedom and Christian education in America that would be very difficult to recover from. It’s not too late to stop it. ~ Mat

The radical LGBTQ Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is demanding Joe Biden strip Christian schools and colleges of their accreditation. During his State of the Union address, he demanded Congress pass the Equality Act that would accomplish much more than their request.
First, the bill will require schools to accept abortion. Schools that offer health insurance for students must include abortion.
Second, the bill imposes LGBTQ into every corner of the school. This includes “Q” — which the bill says stands for “Queer” — all the 550 paraphilias (including pedophilia). This applies to staff, teachers, restrooms, lockers, showers, dorms, sports, and more.
Third, the Equality Act would force employers and workers to conform to this agenda or risk losing their livelihood.
Fourth, it would force medical professionals to perform surgeries or provide treatments that violate their conscience.
Fifth, the Equality Act would dismantle sex-specific facilities and sports.
This bill is a Pandora’s box of evil that will insert itself into scores of federal laws, override all state and local laws, and force religious institutions to accept and promote homosexual, bisexual, transvestite, transexual, and any of the 550 paraphilia behaviors.
As I mentioned, the “Q” in LGBTQ covers about 550 sexual perversions (in addition to LGBT), including pedophilia, necrophilia, bestiality, and more. The list will literally make you sick.
If religious institutions refuse to change their doctrine and policies to accommodate the entire panorama of sexual deviance, they will be punished. HR 15 REVOKES religious freedom exemptions and protections.
In 1993, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) was passed unanimously in the House, 97-3 in the Senate, and was signed into law by Democrat President Bill Clinton. It was supported by liberals, conservatives, Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. But the “Equality Act” is so radical that it expressly states RFRA cannot be raised as a claim or defense.
* If schools refuse to hire a cross-dresser, a pedophile, or a goat lover, they will be penalized. I know it sounds absurd — but it’s true.
* If schools refuse boys in girls’ locker rooms, they will be penalized.
* If schools teach there are only two genders, they will be penalized.
Colleges and universities that don’t adhere to this extreme agenda will lose accreditation and will suffer devastating ripple effects. Students will not be eligible for student loans, nor will most graduate schools accept applicants from unaccredited schools. Law students who graduate from an unaccredited school will not be able to take the bar exam — meaning they will not be lawyers. The same is true for many professional degrees.

There are so many more dangerous and destructive aspects of this wicked bill — too many to list in just one email. Please, take a stand to protect our children and Christian education!
The “Equality Act” is not about equality. If it were, religious organizations would be exempt and religious freedom would be protected.
The bill is a massive expansion into every corner of our lives.
By codifying paraphilias and abortion into legal protection, the bill assaults our Judeo-Christian values and our unalienable right to religious freedom.
We can stop this in the House and Senate if we all Respond NOW!
Christian schools are essential. So are churches.
Governors tried to shutdown churches and silence Christians. Pastors were criminally charged, and churches were fined. Some churchgoers faced a decision no one should face — church or jail.
The “Equality Act” will expand this assault. It seeks to shutter and silence every person and organization — including churches and schools — that will not embrace LGBTQ values and abortion.
