    I don’t like everything Alex says either, but I don’t believe this lawsuit was legit from a first amendment standpoint. Hopefully, a judge will throw this out on appeal. By the way, if they can shut down Alex for stating his opinions, who is next and where does it stop? Funny, don’t see this authority in the Constitution anyway, do you? I hear people parrot that “you can’t yell “Fire in a theater” BS as well. Yes you can, but you might get thrown out of the private establishment for doing so. You see, the theater is not owned by the government and a private company can throw you out if they want . At most, you might get your money back in the process. What happen to the old saying “I might not like what you are saying, but I will defend your rights to say it. By the way, I miss Jeff , Mark, thepowerhour lady, Willaim Cooper, etc. That you for trying to keep their legacy going. May the force be with you and you live long and prosper. I will be back! OK, I got a little carried away with my comments. Good news is that it doesn’t happen often, but we do need a catharsis every once i n a while, right?
