Do we have the time, or is this the beginning of the end of life in America as we have known it? This is where you will find a range of Editorial postings and comments by a select group of writers, many of who have had long term relations with Kettle Moraine Publications – and EACH of whom provide us with THEIR Perspectives as this Nation ignores the warnings as we live in the end of days – for most Americans’ are Too Blind to See – and we once again convert back to one of our OLD and DEFINITIVE categories – POINT BLANK!

McCullough: No Boots, No Bluster, No Problem

President Donald J. Trump did something this week that no other modern American president has been able to do when it comes to foreign entanglements: he proved you can keep your promises and keep America safe — all while telling the world’s worst actors exactly where they can stick their aggression.

On Tuesday, in the aftermath of marathon meetings with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky and a cadre of European leaders, Trump announced what has always been the missing ingredient in this conflict: clarity. He was unequivocal — the United States will not send American troops to the ground in Ukraine. Period. End of discussion. Continue reading

Harris: Democrats’ New Identity, Depravity, and Debt

Americans don’t want socialists running their cities or inexperienced, foul-mouthed thugs like AOC and Crockett dictating how to run their lives. The Democratic Party is short on class and money, but more importantly, short on solutions!

The Democrats have concluded that the most effective way to regain the support of the American public is to adopt a more crude and unrefined approach. With leaders like Jasmine Crockett and others in similar positions, the use of F-bombs has become a common feature in their speeches at rallies and other public events. Continue reading

DeWeese: The Growing Life Crisis Facing Our Youth

Is the American dream dead?

Well, here’s a shocker!

YOUR CHILDREN MAY NEVER HAVE A FAMILY AND OWN THEIR OWN HOME!!!

According to a new report from Congresswoman Majorie Taylor Greene, right now – today, only 12% of 30-year-old Americans are married and have a home of their own.

Marriage and homeownership were never just personal milestones. They were family. They were the means for building personal family wealth and independence.

In other words, family and home ownership are vital to our culture, our society, and to our freedom and independence!

Whitehead ~ The Police State Has a New Playbook: Martial Law, One City at a Time

“The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary.” ~ H.L. Mencken

Let’s not mince words: every American should be alarmed by President Trump’s “Liberation Day” tactics, theatrics and threats.

What is unfolding in the nation’s capital is a hostile takeover of our constitutional republic.

This is no longer about partisan politics, wag-the-dog distractions from the Epstein debacle, or even genuine national security concerns.

This is martial law disguised as law-and-order – the oldest trick in the authoritarian playbook. Continue reading

DeWeese: Private Property Rights Are the Key to Freedom)

The increasing encroachment of government regulations, pontificating politicians, and the enforcement of Social Justice schemes have led to a loss of understanding of the terms private property and property rights. It was once understood that the unauthorized entering of private property was a violation to the utmost. The property owner was justified and supported in taking necessary actions to remove the trespasser and secure that land.

Today, such ideas are considered radical, old fashioned, out of touch, and even reprehensible. The homeowner can be arrested for defending against an armed intruder. The intruder can actually sue a homeowner for shooting them even as the intruder breaks down the door intending to rob and do harm. Home protection is called violence, perhaps even racism. It’s a whole new world of compliance, fear, and acceptance rather than pride, protection, and prosperity in ownership. Continue reading

We’re Heading Toward A COVID Surge…

— Here’s When It’s Predicted To Peak

It’s hard to predict COVID infections, but rates are high and growing throughout the country. Here’s what you should do to keep you and your loved ones safe.

Those sniffles likely aren’t a summer cold; COVID-19 is everywhere right now – and things are expected to get worse before they get better. Some experts predict virus rates will continue to rise as we ride out this summer infection surge. Continue reading

Men are Men

Welcome back, Men of America. It is now time to man-up and take back control of America from the girly-men who have been trying to destroy America for the last 100 years.

Men are men, and there is nothing toxic about masculinity. Since the early 1980s, there has been an underground movement to feminize American men as a result of the women’s liberation movement. Somehow, in the twisted minds of certain elements of American society, to liberate women required diminishing the stature of men. This wrongheaded approach has been particularly embraced by the Democrat Party, when we saw men in dresses and high heels as part of the recently deposed Biden administration. Men in dresses, high heels, and women’s sports has done nothing to enhance women’s liberation. In fact, these girly-men denigrated women’s stature and women’s sports. Continue reading

DeWeese: Social Justice, Destruction of Property Rights, and Government Tyranny (Part One)

You are a poor minority living in a government housing project called “Affordable.” It’s all paid for by the tax dollars of mostly middle-income Americans. Included are still more government programs that are providing monthly checks and coupons to supply food, free healthcare, free education, and let’s also throw in free cell phones. Continue reading

Health Tech Companies Commit to Trump’s Plan to Share YOUR Medical Records With Hundreds of Systems

Major health tech companies have agreed to work with the Trump administration to make their clients’ medical records available across multiple healthcare systems.

The administration announced that tech and insurance companies including Google, Amazon, OpenAI, UnitedHealth Group and CVS will roll out new apps powered by AI where users can upload their health records to access whenever they need them, making them more accessible and shareable among patients and their doctors.

While supporters say the move will help make the fragmented health record system more accessible to patients, privacy experts have raised concerns about the potential risks. Continue reading

The Knowledge Gap Costing Millions of Americans Bigger Social Security Benefits

Social Security is a crucial lifeline for millions of seniors.

But a revealing new study has shown how a stark knowledge gap may be costing Americans larger payments in retirement.

Only a quarter of Americans are aware that you can maximize your monthly payments by waiting to receive them until the age of 70.

That is according to a study from the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), timed to coincide with the 90th anniversary of the benefit program. Continue reading

Trump Is Dismantling the VA to Privatize Veterans’ Health Care

Enough is a Damned ‘Nuff! Now I am PISSED OFF! ~ Editor

All signs point to a massive money funnel from the Department of Veteran Affairs to private health care interests.

President Donald Trump’s administration keeps denying that the Department of Veteran Affairs is headed toward privatization — just like it couldn’t stop denying that mass layoffs of 80,000 employees wouldn’t impact veteran care. But facts have a way of catching up.

After intense pressure from veterans’ groups and Congress, the administration was forced to walk back its plan — cutting 30,000 jobs instead. Already, though, the VA has lost thousands of health care staff since January — including 688 physicians and 1,882 registered nurses — while still claiming its services remain unaffected.

The budget numbers don’t lie — even if Trump and Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins do.

This year, the Trump administration requested a record-breaking $441 billion VA budget for fiscal year 2026. That’s a 10 percent increase over last year and, in theory, should be good news for veterans and the people who care for them. Continue reading

Not a Hoax‘: Mike Johnson Defies Trump on Epstein

House Speaker Mike Johnson has called for “full transparency” from the Justice Department regarding the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein investigation, emphasizing the need for an open and thorough examination of the case. The position directly challenges President Donald Trump’s repeated assertions that the Epstein controversy is nothing more than a politically motivated fabrication. Johnson is now pushing back against Trump’s efforts to dismiss the matter as “the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax,” marking a notable shift from the President’s stance. Continue reading

A Look at What’s Behind the Efforts to Reshape How American History Is Taught

There is Good and Bad in NPR and PBS – but there is much that can still be learned. ~ Editor

In the last decade, at least 20 states have passed laws or policies that restrict how history can be taught in schools. Since taking office, President Donald Trump has pushed further with executive orders that aim to reshape how U.S. history is presented not only in classrooms, but in some of the nation’s most famous museums. Continue reading

Holmquist: It’s Time for the American Church to Stop ‘Dithering’ About Faith

For years, it was not uncommon for everything related to Christianity, religion, and traditional values to be scorned and rejected as something whose time had come and gone. That attitude, however, seems to be slowly shifting.

Case in point is the following video of feminist author Louise Perry, who confesses her quest for faith and her desire to provide a way to belief for her children.

I kind of think of myself as an agnostic Christian,” Perry says. “I go to church. Some weeks I believe and some weeks I don’t.” Continue reading

Whitehead ~ The Untouchables: The Sexual Predators Within America’s Power Elite

“Now by coming in and being part of the cover-up, the Trump administration has become part of it. I mean, it’s just you cannot see it any other way.” Alex Jones, InfoWars

Once again, the American police state is choosing to protect predators, not victims.

Jeffrey Epstein – the hedge fund billionaire/convicted serial pedophile and sex trafficker – may be dead, but the machinery that empowered and protected him is still very much alive.

You see, the Epstein case was never just about Epstein – it was about the entire edifice of power that shields the ruling class, silences victims, and erases accountability. Continue reading

DeWeese: Individual Choice vs Government Tyranny ~ The Debate Goes On

In the Fall of 2006, I received a most unexpected invitation to travel to Cambridge University in Great Britain and take part in a debate before a 200-year-old debating society called the Cambridge Union. The issue we were to debate – “This House believes that the United Nations is a dead loss!” There was an issue I could easily get behind.

My opponents in the debate included Simon Hughes, a member of Parliament and President of the Liberal Democrats; Lord David Hanney, Former UK Ambassador to the UN; and Salil Shetty, Director of the UN’s Millennium Campaign. The two other debaters that were supposed to be on my side were both pro-UN leftists. So, it was a typical five to one debate.

I was the first speaker and that meant I opened the debate. I said in my opening statement, “The UN’s only answer is government control – and confiscation of individual wealth and property. Nowhere is there mentioned in a single UN document that I have read an advocacy for the right to own private property. In fact, quite the opposite is the case as nearly every UN document, report, working paper, program, treaty, protocol, declaration, and resolution is dedicated to the confiscation, redistribution, regulation, and tax of someone’s private property.” Continue reading
