A ‘few-foods,’ diet appears to be a promising therapeutic approach for those with ADHD and could cut down on preschool medication use.

Just take a little pill!
In the most unexpected way, Jenny Dunlap stumbled upon a solution for her oldest son’s attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
When her youngest child was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, Dunlap’s whole family stopped eating sugar and grains. By eliminating these foods, her older son, John – whose behavioral and social struggles hadn’t been resolved with various therapies or medication – was suddenly like a different person. In America today, our two major political parties are moving in opposite directions. For Republicans, it might be the “best of times.” Under the leadership of President Donald Trump, the GOP is feeling confident.
A good number of Esperanza High School students carried signs depicting their opposition of the policy early this month, reported California Family Council (CFC). Led by junior Lesley Ledesma, they staged a walkout after finding out the school administration is allowing a biological male to use the girls restroom.
Through public records requests, Kendall Tietz says Arlington Public Schools provided Defending Education documents about Richard “Riki” Cox, a tier III sex offender who reportedly visited a number of female private spaces in 2024.
All President Trump can ever really seem to think about is dollar signs in everything he does, and that’s all well and fine, as far as it goes. But he and his ilk are so focused on making money, no matter how and no matter the actual overall cost to the average American that he is essentially now championing an AI initiative that serves the wealthy of America a whole hell of a lot more than the middle class and the poor – I don’t care how he explains it all away and tries to characterize it as a thing that will “Make America Great Again“.
Pope Leo has taken a more direct stance against the Trump administration’s hardline immigration policies, urging U.S. bishops to publicly advocate for migrants and refugees. In a meeting with U.S. bishops and social workers from the U.S.-Mexico border, the Pope expressed deep concern over the impact of the administration’s deportation efforts. Public schools depend on a degree of consensus from parents and taxpayers regarding the basics of what their students are being taught. This trust is especially important in these chaotic times when many parents across the country have discovered that their schools are teaching children in a way contrary to their family and religious values by indoctrinating them with creepy views on gender and sexuality.

Over my own lifetime, I have had a huge appreciation for this world we’ve been handed to steward and do with as we wish. And it’s always been my wish that we as humans across the globe always wish and choose wisely, if only that all life survives and thrives.
“Are you tired of winning?” That’s the line we keep hearing from conservative media and many right-wing spokesmen. Goes the story, the Left is defeated. They are a joke. They have no message for the people. And my favorite, the Democrats will never win another election!
When the government can label anyone or anything an enemy in order to wage war, we are all in danger.
The political class in Washington wants you to believe the sky is falling. Every time the government nears a shutdown, Democrats screech that America is about to collapse. Yet the last few weeks have proven the exact opposite. Public opinion is not with them, and they know it.
But wait there’s more… It was not just Ritalin and Adderall being prescribed for so-called learning and behavior disorder but also Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI’s) were becoming popular. I was on the Colorado State Board of Education when the Columbine massacre happened. One of my fellow board member’s daughter went to Columbine and was hiding from Eric and Dylin (the shooters) in the library closet. She had phoned her dad as it was happening.
