For all reasonable Americans who are still capable of using logic and facts in tandem with existing U.S. legal code, they will be unable to come to any other conclusion other than finding the events from 2016 to the present as directed and guided through Democrat criminal complicity, to be nothing less than treason against the United States and the American people.

Handing down a judgement and punishment may be an entirely different dynamic though, given his fate will be in the hands of people who will more than likely be Democrat Party minions, but should they dare to be so misdirected as to let him go without any punishment whatsoever, it will be a slap in the face of all America.

Comey is the rat bastard who told Jen Psaki during a 2023 interview that law enforcement should aggressively round up hundreds of American people in the aftermath of the January 6th 2021 outing at the Capitol. Comey went on the record growling:

“Get them all. Find everybody who went into that building. Find them all … We will punish everyone who went in there … We will hunt you to the end of the earth, even for a misdemeanor, and make you pay.”

The American people, those good and decent people who understand all the irregularities and acts of treason we have witnessed under the past few administrations, must make note of this, and say “good enough … what’s good for the goose is good for the gander” — and then go after Comey with a fire in their throats and a vengeance aimed at exacting justice and sending this walking, talking piece of shit straight to hell.

I write this not because I am defending Trump. I write this in defense of America from anyone so vile, treacherous and evil as what we have experienced under the Democrat Party, in order to make certain that the American people never allow so egregious, despicable and reprehensible a thing to occur in our country ever again.

Betrayal of America Demands a Heavy Price

One count of making a false statement, one count of obstructing a Congressional proceeding — these are the charges that were lodged against former FBI Director James Comey on September 25th 2025. But, this is not, cannot and must not be the sum total of charges against just one of those most recent treasonous traitors to America who have most recently subjected the country to the most egregious, evil acts of treason over the past decade, all in the name of eradicating President Trump’s presidency, traditional America and the republic to usher in a new system of “progressive” communist authoritarian governance.

These charges don’t even amount to a pimple on a gnat’s ass in the grand scheme of things, and for those holding out hope against hope, many believe these to simply be holding charges utilized to get the ball rolling on the greater conspiracy that unfolded during the Obama administration and continued throughout the Biden administration, which by that point was simply running a coverup action designed to protect all involved.

Piss-poor charges in fact once we understand that the judge in charge of Comey’s impending trial is a friend of his and a Democrat “progressive”. And it certainly doesn’t help that any trial will be heard in the left-leaning state of Virginia where the jury pool is likely to be sympathetic to Comey, which begs the question of whether or not they will pull a jury nullification in the face of all the damning evidence that proves Comey’s guilt beyond a shadow of a doubt for any normal person.

One fellow using the pseudonym of Captain Barry on social media recently posted:

“All the noise is just to fool the rubes. These guys will go on living the high life on their pensions for government “service”. These guys’ judges always can find an out for them, but will hoist you regular suckers on a pike for an overdue ticket.”

Sadly, a high number of Americans would agree with him, especially after all the weeks and months we heard Donald J. Trump leading the chants of “Lock her up” in the lead up to the 2016 election, in regard to Hillary Clinton’s numerous proven crimes — which included the misuse of a private computer server and espionage and the mishandling of classified top secret government materials and arming Al Qaeda among other things — only to see her skate free as a breeze thanks to James Comey. Comey made himself judge, jury and prosecutor when he unilaterally decided to let her escape justice and essentially gave her a pass on a crime that would have placed anyone else under a prison.

And what followed can only be described as treason against the United States of America and the American people, as numerous high ranking officials within the federal government engaged in criminal activity — spying on Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and then his presidency — to mount a soft coup against a sitting U.S. president through the fictitious Steele Dossier, that was bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton. Subsequently, the RussiaGate Hoax was enabled and given wings, and it was all driven by James Comey, then CIA Director John Brennan, a self-avowed communist, not to mention election interference prior to the 2016 presidential election at the direction of Hillary Clinton’s campaign staff and the Democratic National Committee.

On October 6th 2020, Brooke Singman [Fox News] noted that handwritten notes were taken by Brennan after he briefed Obama on the scheme. This was a scheme Obama not only embraced but kept going throughout his administration’s abuse of FISA warrants and the unmasking of Trump loyalists.

One part of Brennan’s notes read:

“We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from (REDACTED). CITE (summarizing) alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”

But abuse of power is to the Democrats what drugs are to the addict, as exhibited by Susan Rice, National Security Advisor under Obama, who regularly unmasked American citizens picked up on NSA surveillance sweeps. Also important to note, Samantha Power, U.N. Ambassador at the time, averaged unmasking some conservative political opponent every working day of 2016, unmasking almost three-hundred; in comparison, John Bolton only unmasked three during his tenure as U.N. Ambassador.

Speaking to Sunday Morning Futures on October 4th 2020, Representative Devin Nunes, the highest-ranking member of the House Intelligence Committe, at the time, said:

“The documents that are underlying what we now have seen, I have only seen a few of those — they’re smoking guns. That information definitely needs to be made available to the American public ….. Every Republican senator and member of Congress should be saying … we want every damn bit of evidence that every intelligence agency has or maybe it’s time to shut those agencies down.”

The plot thickens once one discovers that the entire approval of this scheme came implicitly from Obama and Biden himself, who also suggested using the Logan Act against Trump’s pick for DNI, General Michael Flynn, and their infiltration of the 2016 Presidential Campaign itself set up the machinations needed for their soft coup, in the “unlikely event” — in their minds — that Trump would actually win. Part of this scheme also required getting Gina Haspel — then Chief CIA agent at the London Office — on board with their treason, because the FBI needed to fabricate a foreign counterintelligence “event” in order to pretend this operation was remotely legal. And this is the reason that all America witnessed Haspel subsequently refuse to release documents from the CIA as she came under fire from investigators, since doing so would have revealed her own involvement in acts of treason.

Just prior to leaving office, in a January 5th 2017 meeting, President Obama gave guidance to key officials, tasking them to protect and implement this continuing plot that used the Clinton campaign’s phony “research” and advanced the premise of treasonous collusion between Trump and Russia. They also had to prevent it from being discovered by the Trump administration, which meant getting rid of Flynn, who would certainly have uncovered it quickly, given his deep intelligence background.

It is clear now that the investigation of General Flynn was initiated and triggered by Obama, and even more clear, this was a criminal investigation that was inappropriate, corrupt and criminal.

Upon being asked whether or not this was a plot that extended to Obama, Sidney Powell, Flynn’s attorney, stated:

“Absolutely! The whole thing was orchestrated and set up within the FBI, Director of National Intelligence Clapper, CIA Director Brennan, and in the Oval Office meeting that day with President Obama.”

During Flynn’s subsequent trial on charges of lying to the FBI, his attorney, Sidney Powell revealed text messages from FBI agents who were tasked with the Trump-Russia probe. They had bought professional liability insurance, worried their investigations had crossed legal lines, and President Trump received that news as further proof of their culpability and involvement in a “coup” against him.

Worried, hell! They knew. And any backwoods, ridge-runnin’ fool knows that they broke numerous federal laws. Whatever the case is finally proven to be, somehow it seems unlikely that professional liability insurance is going to shield anyone from the consequences of their acts of treason against a sitting President of the United States of America.

Everything we have witnessed to date is tantamount to the greatest political crimes in U.S. history.

They tried to destroy him, and against all odds he survived and triumphed.

Many Democrat Party apparatchiks and their supporters are now crying foul and screaming about President Trump’s “retribution” and how he’s taking “vengeance” against his political opponents. This is an obvious misdirection, probably false, since the Democrats made false charges against Trump for “crimes” he absolutely did not commit, while those accused on their side of the political aisle are being pursued for actual crimes they committed where they evidence exists in abundance that points towards their guilt, without a bit of doubt.

True — each and every one being considered for prosecution is a political opponent of Trump’s, but in this case, if bringing real traitors to justice is the end result, you can call it “retribution” and “vengeance” all you wish, but it is actually real justice coming to hand and long overdue against those who sought to do great harm to America.

Several political pundits have recently gone on the record to suggest that this lesser charge of lying to Congress lodged against Comey is merely a precursor to more serious charges to come. They have noted the larger conspiracy that was put in place requiring the cooperation and participation of multiple people at high levels of government in order to be successfully implemented, as it was. A full RICO case could follow, carrying multiple associated crimes, broad penalties, and the power to bankrupt the financiers behind all the organized violence in the streets of America that accompanied the Democrat Party apparatchiks’ plan.

The snakes are being flushed from their dens. There’s a price one pays, when one participates in a coup and betrays one’s country.

By the way, there is no statute of limitations on treason.

Information supposedly tying Donald Trump to Russia was fabricated from the very beginning and pushed as the gospel truth by our lying-ass commie mainstream media. Russia didn’t hack into the Democratic National Committee, as Democrats assert, to give the incriminating info to WikiLeaks. And no matter how hard Democrat Congressmen and Senators attempt to propagate this lie, actual forensic evidence was eventually uncovered that disproved this lie. An examination by real experts such as William Binney, former NSA Technical Director for World Geopolitical & Military Analysis, Elizabeth Murray, former Deputy National Intelligence Officer for the Near East, Mike Gravel, former special agent of the Counter Intelligence Corps and former U.S. Senator, Kirk Wiebe, former Senior Analyst at SIGNIT and the NSA, Sarah Wilton, former Commander USNR and Defense Intelligence Agency, Philip Giraldi, former CIA Operations Officer, and a team of twelve other highly qualified intelligence experts revealed, during Trump’s first term, that data had been transferred to an external storage device — a thumb drive — before WikiLeaks posted them.

Everyone must also note that even the FISA Court eventually suggested prosecutions should be forthcoming against FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan and DNI James Clapper for their parts in the plot. The FISA Court further found that for more than four years before the election of Donald Trump there was an illegal spying operation going on by FBI contractors — four of them — to steal information and to use it against the Republican Party.

Also, the many leaks emanating from senior intelligence officials, such as Susan Rice and Samantha Power, and especially those from Brennan, Comey and Clapper, were all in violation of Section 798, 18 U.S. Code, the Comint Statute, and they are subject to the “10 and 10” for each count — fined or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both. Their revelation that U.S. intelligence was monitoring communications of Russians in America and the Trump campaign as well was a textbook violation of the Comint Statute.

On February 12th 2022, President Donald Trump angrily suggested that Hillary Clinton’s actions rose to treason, as he stated:

“This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution. In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death.”

Through it all, the good and decent people of America were forced to endure the nauseating spectacle of Representative Adam Schiff and so many other rabid Democrat party communists regularly acting in bizarre and deranged fashion as they regularly abused their power and shredded constitutional norms. Through chicane and deceitful means void of any concept of due process, these communist lawfare confidence men and grifters made a mockery of the U.S. legal system, refusing any right to argue against their Stalinist rules and the show trials that followed — rejecting Trump’s and other Republicans’ right to call witnesses, rejecting the right to cross-examine “witnesses”, those purveyors of hearsay. And this continued, even after the RussiaGate allegation and the Steele Dossier were proven false.

Many conservatives and liberty and freedom-minded independents are currently disappointed with what they have viewed emanating from the Trump administration’s Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in that they know there exists more than enough evidence, proven to date, to warrant multiple charges, arrests and prosecutions against numerous traitors to America during both the Obama and Biden administrations. They see a DOJ that seems to be dragging its heels in moving against America’s enemies-from-within, despite Attorney General Pam Bondi’s tough talk, and it’s hard not to wonder if she is up for the job or if she is simply similar to Bill Barr, who didn’t believe he could get indictments against high ranking officials.

Given all we knew during President Trump’s first term and what we now know, there really wasn’t any good reason not to charge, arrest and prosecute most of the Obama administration, during the first Trump administration, and there is even less reason to delay any aggressive prosecution of every God damned red, radical Democrat Party communist who took part in the dastardly, vile plot to overthrow a sitting U.S. president.

America saw all of this unfold during the Obama administration, and then, after the 2020 election was stolen, we witnessed the Biden regime continue with the same illegal, illegitimate, treasonous tactics against former President Donald Trump and the American people, as Biden ratcheted up those tactics and weaponized the DOJ, FBI and CIA against all conservative, Christian Americans, especially if they were white. The Biden administration misused its authority and manufactured charges against Trump in order to prevent him from running for re-election to the presidency in 2024, using lawfare and essentially illegal actions under the color of law to subvert the system and maintain a hold on power for the Democrat Party communists.

They tried to destroy Trump financially, politically, socially and through every unimaginable illegal means to paint him as a criminal — unimaginable ’til now — and now we see the Democrat Party apparatchiks for who and what they truly are — red, radical, anti-American, anti-Christian communist rat bastards, intent on destroying everything good and decent in America.

America also witnessed this weaponization of the “law”, arbitrary edict and diktats such as they were, extrapolated, expanded, exacerbated and accelerated under illegal policies from the Biden regime that saw store owners and churches shut down during the covid pandemic, flawed, deadly “vaccines” mandated, and people silenced and even arrested for trying to speak the truth about misguided Title IX changes on sex and gender before school board meetings; all white people were portrayed as potential “domestic terrorists” and “white supremacists”, especially if they opposed the Biden regime.

This was just a small taste of what America’s communists had in store for us, and it only would have been compounded had they been successful in stopping Trump in 2024. It was merely a small part of their overall operation, exhibited by their unified operations state to state to exert lockdowns, gun control and all manner of suppression of our Bill of Rights, and no one should believe that the Democrat Party commies’ reign of terror will end any time soon, regardless of which one of their traitors to America is eventually found guilty of treason, whatever ignominious end is in store for them. And in the meantime, conservative America reviles and castigates Jim Comey and his perfidious sedition and treason, as he testifies to Congress, braying out, “I can’t recall” on very nearly every question, except those times his arrogance moved him to give an outright lie for an answer.

All of this has all America wondering whether or not our justice system is too compromised and corrupt to bring the real criminals and traitors to justice. And will the mainstream media ever return to reporting the truth, real evidence and the honest facts?

Time and time again, the Democrat Party communists have shown a willingness to use any means necessary to gain a momentary advantage to achieve their agenda and goals, no matter the systemic implications and the unintended or intended collateral consequences. They do not care if their actions can be justified as a general rule of conduct, equally applicable to all of America, since they believe they are the most brilliant animals in the room and seek to impose their will, despite any protestations.

Our governing system is in crisis, and our Republic is indeed in crisis. Both are still in crisis due to the Democrat Party Marxist-Maoist red, radical commie rat bastards’ belief that their actions to ignore, subvert and replace norms. institutions and laws are somehow simply authorized by their will, edicts and proclamations alone, and their followers’ acceptance of this abrogation of the Constitution compounds and exacerbates the situation, creating dangerous times for all America.

How are the American people supposed to maintain this nation, when half of them support the anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-Constitution and rule of law actions and policies of the Democrat Party [nothing “democratic” about it]? How does this not end badly for America?

America’s republic has been under a sustained assault since 2016, by an unhinged, out-of-control Democrat Party that is still utilizing every mechanism and maneuver possible to undermine President Trump and his administration; and it now self-describes itself as “the Resistance”, an incendiary title most usually ascribed to insurgents fighting an occupying military power and not a loyal opposition. Their worldview is so far removed from America’s founding, so antithetical, that they now stand as the Enemy-From-Within, as they regularly engage in a war to cripple a duly elected government by any means necessary, and this can no longer be allowed, if this nation is to continue as a true Republic, with real freedom and liberty for all.

In March of 2019, Judge Jeanine Pirro, now our current U.S. Attorney for the D.C. District, exclaimed:

“Unless we make an example of the traitorous, treasonous group that accused Donald Trump of being an agent of the Russian government and as they spewed their hate … who did the unmasking … the leaking … if we don’t have a consequence of the highest level of government (and the traitors) are not held responsible for this, then it is a blueprint for a future effort to overthrow the government” once again from within, by bureaucratic Deep State agents and Democrat Party Marxist-Maoist communists, I might add.

The RussiaGate Hoax organized by FBI Director James Comey, CIA director James Brennan, Hillary Clinton, DNI Clapper, Attorney General Merrick Garland — so many others — and the whore media with George Soros’ money was an attempted coup to seize power from the elected president of the United States. It is hardly justice to substitute the lesser crime of perjury for high treason.

Numerous smoking guns and reams of readily seen solid facts and evidence, both first hand and circumstantial, prove beyond any shadow of doubt that Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Susan Rice, Samantha Power and hundreds more across several federal agencies actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to oust President Trump during his first term by criminal means and overthrow the U.S. Republic itself. And, despite all the other assaults America is currently suffering at the hands of the Democrat Party Communists, the current Trump administration and Pam Bondi’s DOJ and Kash Patel’s FBI still must bring these traitors to America to justice. Once all the evidence has definitively been proven to be fact and the truth, every traitor who took part in this operation must be prosecuted and imprisoned for life or executed, depending on their level of involvement.

After all of this, if no one is hoisted on the Hanging Tree, or at least thrown into a prison cell, all America will understand that there really isn’t any “rule of law” in America any longer, and it will serve to hasten our descent into civil war, as the enemies of America in the Democrat Party continue to commit treason against America with impunity and trample the Bill of Rights at will, each time power rests in their hands.
