On June 11, 2025, a group of pro-illegal alien supporters gathered outside the ICE facility in Spokane, Washington; their objective to stop the removal of two illegal aliens detained by ICE officers. As a matter of record, illegal aliens are not immigrants as leftists claim. An immigrant seeks and receives permission, via a visa, to enter the United States legally. Leftists seek to make it appear that an illegal alien is an immigrant. They are not.

The stories, around these two illegal aliens, don’t add up, a fact which no one, supposedly in the know, can explain, including the truth of how they entered the United States, when and where they entered the United States, and how they arrived in Spokane. They both claimed they entered under the humanitarian parole program (HPP). While that program did allow illegal aliens to enter, it gave them no legal status, as an immigration judge reminded one of their attorneys. Leftists have consistently claimed the two entered legally which requires an immigrant visa, which neither one had. HPP was ended when Trump took office in January 2025.

Then it was claimed they were seeking asylum. Yet asylum must be sought and granted before a foreigner enters the United States. Neither does asylum, if granted, confer legal status. The humanitarian parole program and asylum are, neither one, a fallback for the other.

In short, while the claim has been consistently made, that these two were here legally, they were not. They were, they are, illegal aliens.

One of the illegal aliens arrived in Spokane via Florida where an arrest record is found for an individual of the same name, approximate age, for driving without a license. The individual was arrested and booked. That happened approximately nine months before the individual was detained by ICE in Spokane. At the time he was detained, the individual had been in Spokane for six months, apparently leaving Florida three months after the arrest record. An illegal alien, who has an arrest record, has little to no chance of being granted legal status, once detained. That illegal alien chose to self-deport once he was denied legal status. The status of the other illegal alien is, at this time, unknown.

The June 11, 2025 incident turned from a protest to a riot when protesters damaged government property, obstructed and assaulted ICE officers, in an attempt to stop ICE from moving the two illegal aliens to an ICE detention facility in Tacoma, Washinton, and SWAT was called in. Instead of dispersing, as ordered, rioters escalated their assault, resulting in arrests.

Damaging federal property, interfering with the job of ICE agents, are both federal offenses subject to federal prosecution under 8 USC. As a result, nine of the rioters were charged federally. Prior to their being charged, however, the Eastern Washington Federal Prosecutor resigned. Indications are that he resigned rather than uphold the law. One has to wonder how many people he failed to prosecute because they held a view with which he agreed, even though their actions violated law; conversely, how many people he did prosecute because they held a view with which he disagreed, even though their actions didn’t violate law. The term for that is selective prosecution, something leftists are now trying to accuse the Trump Administration of.

Well over 20 million illegal aliens entered this country under the open-border policy of the Biden Regime. Estimates are that at least 20 million illegal aliens were in this country when Biden took office in 2021. That means there are at least 40 million illegal aliens in this country, at this time. That number is very conservative, undoubtedly much higher.

The first crime an illegal alien commits is in entering this country without permission. While the pro-illegal alien crowd argues this is a civil infraction, it is still a crime. Many of the illegal aliens are criminals, with prior convictions in their country of origin. Some are wanted fugitives. Many are associated with gangs like MS-13 and Tren de Aragua. These are violent gangs that kill for sport. They are found in cities, of all sizes, across the United States, including Spokane.

There are very few illegal aliens who have entered this country, in the past 15 years, without the help of the Mexican cartels; human trafficking became lucrative, for the cartels, under the Biden Regime. Illegal aliens are required to pay to be brought in by coyotes (human smugglers), working for the cartels. Many of the women, girls and boys, are sexually assaulted before entry; girls as young as 8 repeatedly raped. There are what are known as rape trees all along the border with Mexico where coyotes hang trophies (underware) of those they have raped. After entry, the illegal alien works off the fee for entry by committing criminal acts such as prostitution, drug running, gun running, drug pedaling, and targeted murders on behalf of the cartels. Those who fail to pay their dues often end up dead.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia

The case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia is cogent to the reality of illegal aliens. Garcia has a rap sheet a mile long. Leftists have fought tooth and nail to keep this criminal in the country although he has had the due process afforded illegal aliens, has now been ordered removed twice. The cry of leftists, that illegal aliens are not being granted due process, is bogus. Illegals are not afforded the same due process rights of Americans. Their cases are brought before immigration judges who determine whether they are allowed to stay or are subject to removal. Many illegal aliens do not show for their hearings and are, as a result, ordered removed. Once ordered removed, the illegal alien is subject to immediate removal once detained.

While those who support the illegal alien invasion say nothing of this, they also say nothing of the crimes committed by illegal aliens once they arrive in the United States. Possessing no legal documents that allow them to be here, they turn to a life of crime to survive. And that list of crimes is a long one. Driving without a license; driving while intoxicated; driving without insurance; vehicular homicide; gun running; drug trafficking; human trafficking; theft/larceny; burglary; robbery; rape/sexual assault/sodomy; prostitution; murder; credit card fraud; shop lifting, not paying taxes. Per capita, the crime rate of illegal aliens is significantly higher then any other demographic. There is really no crime they have not committed.

We pay to incarcerate them; house them; educate their children; pay for their healthcare; pay when they use emergency rooms; in short, we pay. And the cost is not cheap. We aren’t talking a few illegal aliens; we are talking 40 + million illegal aliens. It cannot be denied that illegal-aliens are hurting our economy, hurting wages, hurting Americans in poverty, and pushing more American into poverty. How can any sane, reasoning individual support this?

Our nation is almost $37 trillion in debt. It’s time the illegal aliens go back to their country of origin. Americans who can’t clean their own toilets, take care of their own lawns and landscaping, need to hire workers legally, not illegally. There has been a visa program for years, by which workers can be legally brought in to pick crops. It needs to be used. There is really no excuse for hiring illegal aliens which is a federal crime under 8 USC. Those who hire illegal aliens need to be prosecuted when found to have done so.

The Trump Administration has placed a priority on removing illegal aliens from American soil; no matter where they are. This is in the best interests of the United States and every American. The United States Constitution, Article I, Section 8, gives that authority to the general (federal) government; Article II, Section 3 also makes the president the chief law enforcer. 8 USC provides the law under which border protection agents work. Leftists have filed lawsuit after lawsuit trying to stop the removal of these illegal aliens. They’ve been overturned, time after time, by the Supreme Court.

A nation does not exist without borders; a concept supported by leftists; and rule of law does not exist when laws are seen as suggestions, a concept also supported by leftists. It becomes obvious that the true agenda of the leftists is not what they want us to believe.
