In regard to DNI Tulsi Gabbard’s fantastic expose of Barack Hussein Obama and his creation of a treasonous conspiracy to destroy Trump and obstruct his administration’s policy agenda, she’s acted in an honest and outstanding manner, as she has referred Obama, Comey, Clapper, Brennan and many others to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution. As of this writing, it’s not yet clear what criminal charges will follow.

Many have suggested this will be as far as it goes, despite Attorney General Pam Bondi moving as we speak to create a strike force to investigate the matter further. It is said that we can prosecute if we wish but no jury will prosecute, and given the far left commie tenor of the crowds in the area where the prosecution would occur, they just may be right.

Whatever the case, Obama, Biden and their criminal, treasonous cronies must be forced to stand trial and defend their actions in front of the American people, under oath – not that their oath means a goddamned thing or can be trusted to be sincere.

But blanket denials and dismissals will not do, and they certainly cannot be allowed to dismiss it off handedly as a “deflection” and a “falsehood” to never go any further, much as Obama is currently attempting.

I can state with some great clarity, that this cannot and must not go unprosecuted. Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, is storming the castle of the Deep State and the Democrat Party Communists; and, against huge odds, she has recently revealed high treason against America and just how far up the chain of command a soft coup went against President Trump, during his first term. On July 18th 2025, DNI Gabbard released a report and a statement that pointed directly at former President Barack Hussein Obama, and in so doing, removed all doubts of her patriotic bona fides raised by past support of far-left Democrat agendas, as she now demonstrates intelligence, political skill and uncommon courage, the sort of courage so sorely needed in America today.

On July 21st 2025, in one of the most historic moments in American history, DNI Gabbard made criminal referrals to the Department of Justice, against former President Barack Obama, former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey and many others, in regard to their conspiracy to take down President Trump in 2016 through fake claims of Russian collusion.

The very next day, she pointed directly at Obama during a White House press conference, stating:

“The evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact.”

Many of us already understood this, including myself, having investigated every last morsel of breaking information as it unfolded at the time and investigated the so-called “investigations” and the investigators themselves. Much of what Tulsi told the world was pretty much common knowledge by now in some circles, but it was kept smothered by complicit, duplicitous, treasonous news outlets who were on board with the coup against Trump in order to advance the end of the U.S. republic and the continued Marxist-Maoist “fundamental transformation of America”.

From late 2016, at the direction of then-President Obama, political operatives in the highest offices of the federal government with deep ties to the Clinton family circulated two different dossiers smearing President Trump as a Russian puppet and traitor to America, while useful idiots in both parties assisted in advancing the false Russian collusion narrative into the upper echelons of Obama’s Intelligence Community. CIA Director John Brennan, DNI James Clapper and FBI Director James Comey leveraged the false dossiers to implement an illegal surveillance operation against Donald Trump and his inner circle. And after Donald Trump’s victory in the 2016 election, the operation continued as an effort to neutralize the election results and unseat President Trump, as the Democrat traitors in the Obama administration branded Trump and illegitimate president and traitor to America.

The difference here is that all subsequent evidence now proves without any doubt that the only traitors to America have been in the Obama and Biden administrations, and that they weaponized the intelligence community and the Justice Department as tools to use against their political enemies and advance their anti-American agendas.

As DNI Tulsi has now shown, Obama himself directed his minions to concoct a new intelligence report accusing Russia of election meddling in the 2016 election, despite the numerous intelligence assessments released over the previous several months that reached the exact opposite conclusion.

Obama’s co-conspirators in the room on December 9th 2016, when this plot was hatched, included FBI Director James Comey, Deputy FBI Director Andrew Mccabe, CIA Director John Brennan, Deputy CIA Director Avril Haines, DNI James Clapper, national Security Advisor Susan Rice, Secretary of State John Kerry. Department of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson, White House Homeland Security Advisor Lisa Monaco, Deputy White House National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes, White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and Deputy Attorney General Mary McCord, according to our current DNI Tulsi Gabbard, all of whom I have targeted at one point or another in scores of past articles for their obvious, clear, treacherous and treasonous acts against America.

“Russian collusion” and numerous leaks from Comey, Brennan, Susan Rice and the creation of a special counsel were all part of a preemptive defense of assorted crimes committed by Barack Obama and his co-conspirators, such as illegally leaking classified information to the media, deceiving the FISA court, lying to the FBI and Congress and obstructing justice. All of this was to divert attention away from their wrongdoing and the plot to overthrow the Trump administration and the U.S. government, and there never existed any evidentiary reason to appoint a special counsel, other than to create a crime to fit the man, Donald Trump, just like they used to do in the old Soviet Union.

The first “investigation” targeting Trump was basically carried out by a kangaroo mob and remnants of the Obama administration’s allies, and it successfully obstructed Trump’s agenda for the first two years of his first term. Subsequently, the Republicans lost the House of Representatives in 2018, which paved the way for Trump’s impeachment and the further obstruction of his legislative agenda.

In a very real sense, the Obama coup d’etat was a success, in that while Trump remained in the White House, he was neutralized and rendered unable to completely fulfill his campaign promises. And there were also harsh consequences for many Trump allies and supporters who got caught up in Obama’s treason and were targeted for prosecution on false charges, from Roger Stone to General Flynn and Steve Bannon and others.

Obama and his fellow Marxist-Maoist communist co-conspirators were lying. They knew they were lying. We knew they were lying. They knew that we knew they were lying. And still, they kept right on lying, one massive lie after the next, nothing but lies, followed by four more years of vile, despicable lies during the Biden regime, who put the Obama treason on a new level.

Tulsi Gabbard stated in part during one recent press conference:

“I’m leaving the criminal charges to the Department of Justice. I am not an attorney, but as I have said previously, when you look at the intent behind creating a fake manufactured intelligence document that directly contradicts multiple assessments that were created by the intelligence community, the expressed intent and what followed afterward can only be described as a years long coup and treasonous conspiracy against the American people, our Republic, and an attempt to undermine President Trump’s administration.”

Even though she was fighting an uphill battle from the start, Gabbard has done the seemingly impossible task, put all eighteen intelligence agencies on the same page and, suffice it to say, she has been incredibly thorough in providing the evidence for her accusations and charges of treason. She has the evidence, the receipts, which are the documents that prove her accusations in chapter and verse. And yes, Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice are extremely interested in proceeding with prosecutions, as Ms Bondi just announced this evening [July 23rd 2025] that a newly formed Justice Department strike force would be looking further into the information released by Ms Gabbard.

Let’s not forget that Tulsi has once again placed herself squarely in the sights of the Deep State Communist traitors of this nation, once on the Biden regime’s “no fly list” and branded a “domestic terrorist” because she bucked the Democrat Party Communist rat bastards. She better surround herself with a great team of well-known, trusted security personnel, as we keep her in our prayers.

To call Obama’s and his co-conspirators’ actions treason is no exaggeration by a long shot. It is treason and more, the worst betrayal of America we have ever witnessed across the span of American history. And there isn’t any statute of limitations on treason.

President Trump also charged Obama committed treason, saying it loud and clear for the cameras and the gathered press on July 22nd 2025, in front of foreign heads of state and with his top Cabinet members seated by his side — Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessett, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

President Trump firmly exclaimed:

“They have him stone cold. And it was President Obama. Barack Hussein Obama, he’s guilty. It’s not a question. This was treason.“

But so unserious and disingenuous a people and a party do we find in the Democrat Party, that all we hear from them today is screeches and screams over the firing of Stephen Colbert, as they blame Trump and politics, calling it a “dismantling of our constitution” – yet fully in support of treason when it serves their agenda to bring down a Republican sitting U.S. president in service of their fundamental transformation of America into an authoritarian communist state and the eradication of our republic.

Speaking to Maria Bartiromo on ‘Sunday Morning Futures’ [July 20th 2025], Tulsi laid out the crux of the matter, as she observed: [Tulsi Gabbard sounds alarm on Obama-era cabal’s ‘treasonous conspiracy’ against Trump]

“Over 100 documents that we released on Friday really detail and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due to leave office after President Trump had already gotten elected. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue. This is an issue that is so serious it should concern every single American because it has to do with the integrity of our democratic [constitutional?] republic.”

Remove the trappings of politics from it all and you still walk away with the realization that this was a cabal of senior leaders of the Intelligence Community – unelected and accountable to no one – who plotted with former President Obama against a newly elected President of the United States.

So many of America’s current troubles are due to the culture of pervasive dishonesty, corruption and criminal activity across all levels of U.S. government, every area of our national life, and, most arrogantly and insidiously, the anti-American lawlessness around the CIA, FBI and Department of Justice during and after the 2016 election and all throughout the Biden regime era. Anything goes and nothing matters in this war between two vastly different ideologies that is certain to become a hot civil war with hot lead flying in all directions one day in the not-too-distant future, if we don’t eradicate the bad actors and the treasonous, vile vermin from the ranks of government and try with all our might to go on as a credible and moral nation.

Not a single person who perpetrated this ongoing treasonous plot alongside Obama and later Traitor Joe Biden should escape being held accountable and made to face their day of reckoning, lest we find at a later date that we have allowed our republic to be finally and completely eradicated, as our elections are made inconsequential and communist policies, programs and even violations of our rights are institutionalized, weaponized and immutable.

That’s poison to our freedom and liberty in America.

In her Friday, July 17th 2025 press conference, DNI Tulsi Gabbard admirably declared:

“No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again.”

When President Trump promised to make America great again, he probably wasn’t thinking of it in the same terms as Bill Ayers, founder of the 1960s radical Weather Underground communists. Ayers would surface in 1980, after a decade as a fugitive and slick lawyers managed to get all charges against him dropped, including conspiracy to murder police officers and two bombings, and he would go on to become a professor at the University of Illinois of Chicago. His release elicited his famous confession, “Guilty as hell, free as a bird – America is a great country.” America sure as hell doesn’t want to see a repeat of this where Obama’s treasonous conspiracy is concerned.

President Trump currently has the enemies of America – those enemies-from-within – by the short hairs, so to speak. And to suggest that patriotic Americans are chomping at the bit to witness criminal prosecutions in the days and months ahead in this treason scandal is akin to saying that ravenous Wyoming wolves are eager to dine on fresh Yosemite bison buttocks.

It’s not just a desire for vengeance that motivates many American patriots, MAGA or not, to demand the harshest penalties for these traitors to America, to witness them behind bars or dead at the end of a rope. If nothing is resolved and there are no consequences soon forthcoming for such blatant high crimes and treason, there will be absolutely nothing to stop any future administration and its rogue agents from being free and clear to make a repeat of this sorry episode of American history and to take it steps further to do much worse to the average American. And no true American patriot should want that to be America’s future.

Every quisling and each person and each organization that perpetrated and advanced the Russia hoax, literally the entire Democratic Party in both houses of Congress and every news media personality at The New York Times, the Washington Post, ABC, CNN, NBC, and CBS should go out in their back yards and blow their brains out, or slit their wrists in a warm bath, but they won’t, because they know no shame over their soft, treasonous coup. So, they should be rounded up in busses at the FBI and DOJ for criminal conspiracy and treason, moving right through the Democratic National Committee and arrest every member of the then-Clinton campaign with the knowledge of this monstrous conspiracy; and, prosecute them in batches just like Nazis at Nuremberg.

America will never return to any semblance of normal, until the American people are shown that real justice exists in this country. Every damned traitor to America, who participated in this subversive, seditious, treasonous conspiracy conducted through several intelligence agencies of the federal government – a conspiracy that extended to members of Congress who are not immune from prosecution for felony crimes – in an explicit effort to overthrow President Donald J. Trump, such as Barack Obama, Susan Rice, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, Michael Atkinson, Loetta Lynch, Sally Yates, Dana Boente, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Colonel Alexander Vindman, William Priestap, James Baker (DOJ), James Baker (DOD), Eric Ciaramella, Robert Mueller, Senator Richard Burr, Representative [now senator] Adam Schiff, and a huge litany of others, must be charged, prosecuted and imprisoned for life – although I would prefer to see them executed, hung by the neck at the end of a rope attached to the rails of the Capitol Building until dead, or stood up at a wall and drilled through by a few hundred .308 rounds — before the regular wheels of justice and faith in the system can ever be reestablished.
