Senator Joseph McCarthy’s primary assertion was that communists had infiltrated the US government, particularly the State Department. He famously claimed to have a list of 205 such individuals, although he never provided concrete evidence to support his accusations.

McCarthy’s claims fueled the Red Scare, a period of widespread fear of communist influence in the United States following World War II. His accusations led to investigations, hearings, and blacklists in various sectors, including government, Hollywood, and academia.

While McCarthy’s accusations were never fully substantiated, they did have a significant impact on American society and politics in the 1950s. The Army-McCarthy hearings, which were televised, were instrumental in exposing McCarthy’s tactics and ultimately contributed to his downfall.

Fast-forward to today; there are proudly self-professed, self-identified, and self-confirmed Socialists, Marxists, Communists, and Terrorist Sympathizers in the US Congress, the opposite of progress, leading this republic over a cliff.

– Going over the cliff in this case implies that a situation is rapidly declining or heading toward a disastrous climax or outcome, and that the consequences are severe and irreversible. There is no coming back. in my well-considered opinion.

Maybe Joseph McCarthy was right.

And now it’s too late. Our foolish, misguided, and advantageous interpretations of constitutional freedom opened this Genie’s bottle, and there’s no putting him back in.

As an example, I offer one Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, sex abuser of women and children, smuggler, and illegal immigrant to the US. He was deported to El Salvador, but because of public outcry, pressure from the Democrat-Socialists, several federal judicial injunctions and restraining orders, he has been returned to the US to stand trial. The estimated cost exceeds tens of millions of dollars and will take several years to resolve. This is so he can exercise his rights to due process as the Left interprets the US Constitution.

He will be tried, jailed, and deported. The cost of his incarceration is about $43k per year. The penalty for human trafficking is ten years in prison per person. He is alleged to have transported as many as 50 illegal aliens per month for several years. Just for the sake of argument, he’s been here for at least 14 years. Let’s suppose that he was actively trafficking people for 10 years. He moved approximately 5,000 people, at 10 years per person, meaning that he will die in prison, and we will support him from opening curtain to the finale.

There is no accurate estimate of the cost of this legal and bureaucratic boondoggle, but you can be certain it will be in the tens of millions of dollars and will take many months to adjudicate. And. this is only one extraordinary person of interest. 20 million others are awaiting their constitutionally guaranteed due process as well. The latest estimate I saw was about 30 years to work through the case load, and upwards of $20 trillion.

This situation raises the question: What do we do with the children of these illegal aliens born while they await their due process? There’s the 14th Amendment – Birthright Citizenship provision to consider. Current laws allow the families of these ‘anchor babies’ to come to Merka. So. why bother to go to the expense of the trials and all that unnecessary bullshit. We will go broke if we accede to this due process judgment. The best scenario appears to be to concede, allowing the illegals to stay, albeit with reduced privileges. We’re cornered, and the Marxists know it.

How much more sedition can America take?

This is what we’ve done with the gift of freedom the founders gave us.

Every word from the Left is seditious, divisive, yet still typically Merkan. I say typically Merkan because, for the past 50-plus years, all I’ve heard from our elected leaders is how bad the other party is, because they plan to destroy the republic, which represents an existential threat to democracy, and are creating constitutional catastrophes of epic proportions. This is what we accept as leadership.

We should be ashamed. Jefferson is attributed with writing “the government you elect is the government you deserve“, although there is no record of that statement; it makes perfect sense. He often emphasized that in a republic, government is not simply by the majority, but by the majority who participate. And yes, we’ve allowed this to include ballot stuffing and harvesting, fraud, and abuse of voter systems to affect elections.

A recent example is the free-for-all 2020 election, marred with alleged voting machine tampering, ballot harvesting, and ballot box stuffing. That one cost the republic dearly, seating Bungles the Clown and Kackling Kamala, uncovering the Marxist cabal running the republic, setting in motion the worst invasion in Merkan history.

Why do you suppose the partisan political parties are incessantly pushing for people to vote?

So, if you don’t participate, shut the “F” up. you have no room to bitch. That includes all of Biden’s guests – the 21 million illegals in Merka. AI tells me that there are 47.8 million immigrants in Merka. While it is generally forbidden for non-citizens to vote, some local jurisdictions allow these non-citizens to vote in certain local elections. These include several municipalities in Maryland and Vermont, as well as Washington, D.C., and San Francisco.

I fear this will soon become commonplace nationwide, adding over 60 million people to the rolls. Imagine the impact on social services like Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, food and housing, education, and law enforcement. The increased tax revenues will never be sufficient to cover the increased demand.

Also, consider the amount of money leaving Merka, as these people support their extended families in other countries. Our hubris and largess will bankrupt Merka.

Is the Democrat-Socialist Party the saboteur in Congress, the opposite of progress?

How else could you interpret their choices and actions regarding this republic?

It’s evident that some of the people in our government intend to destroy this country. In addition, I think that they are agents who plan to take control of this republic surreptitiously in the process.

I believe that the available evidence is incontrovertible.

I can only see two reasons:

1. They are so self-serving and self-absorbed that they can’t see the damage they do.

2. They intend to destroy this republic and install a totalitarian-style government with them in charge.

I favor reason #2, although I consider #1 a significant contributor to #2. The synopsis is that little to no thought is given to how their choices and decisions affect the Republic. This ‘Band of Baboons’ focus is always on the short-term gains rather than the far-reaching impacts; that’s why I append ‘the opposite of progress’ to the word Congress. They are NOT working for the republic; they are working against the other party and frequently against each other. That negates any growth.

I intentionally watched several congressional hearings specifically to view the partisan political interactions. I was appalled. I couldn’t believe what I saw. They call it debate, but it was nothing more than childish bickering about who said what, when it was said, and how it could be interpreted in and out of context. The hearings I watched were all about character assassinations, innuendos, accusations, implications, and the evisceration of words and phrases used by the speakers and witnesses.

I could hardly believe my eyes! I was watching the Real Housewives of Congress, the opposite of progress. All the members did was bicker. The emphasis was on the drama of inter-party relationships and dynamics, and how they could extort control to force their partisan agendas through committees. The members orally strut and preen as they bloviate ad nauseam about conveniently misconstrued comments and constitutional precepts to sell their nostrum and panacea to their adversaries on the other side of the aisle, and the rubes that voted them in.

This is what Merkans call government, and this is what the world sees of the most powerful country in the world. Is it any wonder that no one respects how we define and display democratic administration? Merka pretends to be a virtuous, moral, and ethical country of faith and principled righteous beliefs, but in reality, it possesses none of them; we are the epitome of hypocrisy.

They may respect an individual like #47 because he has the power of our military at his command. However, our enemies recognize that this represents a finite period of power, particularly while the republic is fractured by disputes over internal control in the three branches of government established by the US Constitution. And with the collaboration of the Legislative and Judicial branches against every Executive action, there is no progress because of their complicity.

This is important information about our government, and since it’s no longer taught in school, you should review it and share this with your children, frequently.

– There are several organizations that will provide printed copies of the US Constitution, free for the asking. That’s how important it is.

Yes, there are processes, procedures, and provisions prescribed in the US Constitution, and there are remedies for all of these extraordinary situations. It’s called impeachment, and it works for multiple branches in the gubmint. Incidentally, this is the loophole that created our legal quagmire in the DC Swamp. Liberal judges use free association and the ambiguity in the laws to interpret them to favor their liberal agenda and partisan political positions. Clearly, there should be no room in any of these branches for partisan politics, but we’re painfully aware that government in Merka is all about partisanship and therefore political pressure. Government must be for the good of everyone, or it’s good for no one.

It establishes a system of checks and balances, where each branch can limit the power of the other two. For example, the legislative branch can impeach the President, while the executive branch can veto legislation. The judicial branch can declare laws unconstitutional. This system ensures that no single branch has too much power.

I’ve searched this document thoroughly, and fail to discover anything about partisan political parties anywhere in its 7,591 words, that includes the 27 amendments. This is another open portal for the shameful partisan politicians to conveniently construe any ambiguity in their favor.

I asked the omnipotent and omniscient AI what would happen if any two of the three separate branches of government joined forces against the other.

Here’s what AI had to say:

It should. the Legislative and the Judicial branches colluded to weaponize the Department of Justice (DoJ) against its partisan political enemies. They hid actual evidence and fabricated multiple damning hoaxes about foreign collusion and implied that the oppositions’ candidate was in the pocket of a foreign regime. It used this manufactured evidence to obtain Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants to wiretap and surveil anyone it considers a person of interest.

This weaponized DoJ blocked several investigations that could have overturned the fraudulent 2016 elections. It hid Biden’s influence-peddling scheme, his Chinese ties, and blocked the prosecution of the president’s extended family and son. It also hid Hunter’s laptop computer full of relevant evidence of his flagrant disregard for propriety, debauchery, drug addictions, and foreign government entanglements; all to protect daddy-dearest.

They allowed an invasion of over 21 million illegals into this republic, and then distributed them throughout Republican sympathetic areas and conservative strongholds to dilute and corrupt the voting base. Biden’s cartel gave his invitees work permits, and some even received Social Security cards. Now, these same conspirators are doing everything possible to keep these invaders in Merka by blocking conservative efforts to remove them. It seems that these hypocrites are determined to further the Marxists’ cause.

They indicted innocent and concerned parents, and fundamental Catholics as domestic terrorists. It sentenced an elderly fundamentalist conservative woman to prison for praying outside of an abortion clinic. All to send the message that you can no longer hide. we will find the offense to fit the deeds we deem improper.

Beria targeted “the man” first, then proceeded to find or fabricate a crime. Beria’s modus operandi was to presume the man guilty and fill in the blanks later. Perhaps, we should call this weaponized DoJ and Congressional alignment, the Bidens’ Beria-esque regime.

I asked AI if there were constitutional provisions preventing two of the three separate and distinct branches from combining powers. The answer didn’t surprise me. “While the U.S. Constitution doesn’t have an explicit provision stating that the three branches cannot combine, it is structured to prevent this from happening through the principle of separation of powers.”

It doesn’t seem to be working very well, does it. Of course, this presupposes that everyone is playing by the same rules as intended by the US Constitution, but the Marxists discovered another constitutional legal loophole to exploit. Everything I’ve read and studied tells me that the framers of our Constitution anticipated that our elected leaders would be sober individuals of character whose focus is ostensibly on the republic and not on self-interest. However, anyone who’s paying attention knows differently. Now that the partisan political parties in Congress, the opposite of progress, have this formidable power, and have militant partisan political allies in place throughout the gubmint, there’s no way to remove this cancer without killing the patient, because the malignancy is too pervasive. It’s too late. They’re free to exercise their usurped powers to restrict and restrain decisions to accommodate their partisan political purposes and designs for the fundamental transformation of Merka into a Kritocratic Oligarchy. That is a government ruled by a dominant and elite group of judges.

We’ve lost control of our republic, but that’s what happens when you’re distracted by all the fluff & stuff thrown at us by the Left. All the glitz and fake news so hypnotize us that we can’t see the truth, and that truth is that the Marxist thieves in Congress, the opposite of progress, have taken control of our Republic.

McCarthy was right.

Our government is full of apostates, heretics, conspirators, dissenters, turncoats, and traitors to this republic! All vying for control of Merka to mandate and decree that we adopt their anti-American ideology and values. Waiter.!!! Check Please!!!
