All America will be watching most intently on Election Night to see if another steal becomes all too obvious early on. It doesn’t speak well at all of our nation’s status as the so-called “leader of the Free World” that a supposedly free nation’s people have to worry if they can conduct a free and fair election under any administration, even if deep political divides exist. This simply highlights that integrity and honor is severely and sorely lacking in the people and the country’s leaders on the whole.

Any provable mass voter fraud should immediately result in a hold on that state’s electoral college votes. And if the voter fraud rises to a demonstrable level that it can be proven to have swayed the influence to Kamala, let’s hope and pray to God that America’s patriots don’t just sit behind their keyboards expressing their outrage and pumping out memes like a flowing river of fine wine at a billionaire’s third wedding. Rather than mounting more rallies of protest, chanting slogans and making more predictions about a coming civil war, any rally after the election should be one comprised of armed American patriots with one purpose in mind – to immediately depose and oust Kamala, whether she’s won legitimately or not, in my humble opinion.

Civil war? Good. It’s past time for another one, and far past time to water the tree of liberty with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

My fear remains, however, that without any real leader of substance and will to tell them to open fire, the barrels of American patriots’ rifles will remain as cold as witches tits. Trump certainly isn’t the man for the job, since we’ve already seen how quickly he abandoned the January 6th prisoners to their own defense, as best as they could mount and as they now rot in the DC jail, several without having been charged with any crime as of yet.

Given what I’ve seen of young men between the ages of 18 and 39 or so, I fear the response to the regime’s theft of another election and the theft of the republic will be an Idiot’s response of screams, yelling and an impotent fury that signifies nothing in the end. Not that I’m so hot to have Trump as president, but still, he’s 100 times the better choice, if the lesser of two evils, and it’s just the fact that they think they can get away with it again. I’m afraid they will simply bark like angry dogs and then run after Kamala’s jackbooted thugs kick them into submission.

If Trump has the election stolen from under him, I look for him to put on a good show, make lots of noise, and then swallow his losses and his Mt Everest sized pride and head back to Mar-A-Lago, while those most hardened MAGA/ Trump supporters take the hit again.

What happens next without any real revolt is hard to say. We’ll probably just witness a continuation and an acceleration of the same erosion of the system, the squashing of liberty, as we are further impoverished under a single-party totalitarianism that America has already been experiencing.

Of course, all of this become moot, if election registrars actually do their jobs right and a free election really does happen in the coming days, so long as Trump wins big and all the conservatives and otherwise Trump Republicans take both houses of Congress. Even with this, however, I remember how the RINOs and McConnell and that rat Speaker of the House subverted Trump’s first two years and refused to be honest leaders for America’s best interests, even tho’ Trump gave McConnell’s wife a job in his administration.

If Kamala wins the campaign waged by Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice, against conservatives, Christians and any opposition to Biden’s regime in general, will take on new dimensions and jump to a level exponentially higher by a hundred-fold or more, to bring home the bacon and a final end to the republic. Tyranny will soon be the rule of the day rather than the exception, and hopefully people will finally get up off their dead asses to defend that which is worth defending, their lives, property and freedom and liberty for all.

But these really are dangerous times rapidly approaching for us all. ~ J.O.S.

Facing Dangerous Times for Freedom and Liberty in America –

Drive-on Through This Hell!

At the nadir of this hell forced upon all Americans by a combination of amerikkan communists and fascist statists at all levels of government, a new sensation has overwhelmed me in a way that is both maddening and comforting. Many Americans probably have a similar feeling as they contemplate their futures under the current out-of-control Leviathan, and, for some, they have withered, wilted and complacently decided to submit and allow the growth of government and all the liberty-killing measures that accompany it, while the rest of us are determined to duck our heads and drive-on, drive-on through this hell, even if it means engaging in a new revolution to end this monster our federal government has become.

In 2008, it became obvious that our nation’s trajectory towards full blown communism was accelerating, when we all heard George Bush tell the nation “we must temporarily abandon the free market system in order to save it” – adding that certain major companies had to be given government welfare in the face of the 2008 economic collapse because they were “too big to fail” – which opened the door for Obama’s fundamental transformation of America into an authoritarian socialist state and the further destruction of our nation and the republic. And since, this point, the move towards full blown communism or simply a hard totalitarian regime has taken flight at hypersonic speed. especially once the Biden regime took power.

I don’t think most Americans who voted for Obama in 2008 were thinking that “fundamental transformation of America” meant a hard left turn towards full blown communism. I don’t think they were thinking at all, because as Biden has advanced the transformation, we now see that a pretty large segment of America currently reject such a transformation [some 70%] although the close nature of the current presidential race in the polls may suggest otherwise, with some placing it at a dead heat but Vegas odds makers giving Trump fifteen points in the lead.

I wrote the following words on March 21st 2021 [American Freedom: A Long and Arduous Road], and they have never been truer than they are today:

“Americans today are facing the most dangerous times for freedom and liberty our country has ever faced, and America needs Her men and women of courage to stand firm and strong, together and true to their bonds of friendship, family and community, with every fiber of our being consecrated to the cause of freedom and liberty, in order that we may stop the Democrat Party Communists’ advancing tyranny and all the destruction it brings. We must do so much more than mouth pretty words, like ‘I will not submit’, as we take to heart and resolve, that no matter how dire the circumstances and the consequences, we will stand prepared to lose everything and even die for the American principles and virtues that this nation was founded upon, refusing to bend our knee to the tyrants and refusing to forsake our beloved America, for anything less will not be enough to win the coming war.”

Believe it. America is most certainly headed towards years of chaos and civil upheaval and massive disruption of the systems that run the country, from the government right on through the corporations and our supply chains, no matter who wins this presidential election on November 5th. And yes, we are on a fast track towards civil war. It may not come immediately after the election, but if Kamala wins, it definitely should be something considered, by America’s patriots, and acted upon if they can muster the spine and the balls to do so, whether she wins by way of legitimate votes or the massive election fraud that is already underway in states, such as Arizona, Michigan and Georgia.

Everyone will be shocked to see me write the above words, but if any majority votes for an authoritarian national government that has an agenda aimed at squashing individual liberty and our Inalienable God-given Rights and fast-tracking its war against conservative and Christian Americans deemed to be “domestic terrorists” and other political opponents, that is something that all freedom-minded people must rise up against and immediately reject or resign themselves to forever be doomed to serfdom.

Everybody is currently free to engage in communist practices in America today, under our current post-Constitution. They were also free to do the same under the original Constitution. However, no one is free to impose communism on me and mine or anyone else who hates the Marxist-Maoist system that grew out of the pages of Karl Marx’s ‘Das Kapital‘ [The Communist manifesto], that has currently infiltrated our system and promises to overwhelm and subjugate our country, under nearly half the nation that demands those who believe in self-determination and individual liberty to allow for their wealth to be stolen and redistributed amongst the communist thieves.

Too many Americans talk a good game about defending property, domestic free markets – which haven’t existed in America in over a century – and individual liberty, but when push comes to shove, they lack the moral courage to take a hard stand against obvious government overreaches and illegal, illegitimate tyrannical acts and edicts. While on the other hand, the rest have simply become conditioned, at home and through public education, to be dependent upon Auntie Sam, and are perfectly comfortable being the sheep and the serfs they are resting comfortably in their chains with nary a peep of complaint that they are no longer free.

This post-Constitutional world where anything any fat-assed government apparatchik says is what goes, without question is far from what I want or ever envisioned for my children and their children’s children – a world where their every move is monitored and surveilled by way of government overreaches such as the Real I.D. that takes effect in May 2025 and prevents one from boarding any plane in America without it. A world where the fascists believe they own our bodies and can demand we take whatever new “vaccine” they demand for us, while at the same time telling us what we must buy and what we must not buy, even to the point of telling farmers they can no longer raise and sell beef cattle and hogs. Or, as minor as it may sound, telling full grown men and women how to see to their own safety and welfare by demanding they wear seatbelts; but worse, moving to disarm us all “because firearms are a danger to law-abiding citizens.

Make no mistake, if Kamala somehow “wins” this election, one of her main missions and very first moves will be to disarm all America, and from that point on, America will never again have a free or fair election, not that November 5th’s is going to be free and fair.

However, don’t allow yourself to be lulled into any sense of confidence that Trump has much more respect for the Second Amendment, the man who gave us a bumpstock ban and spoke of ignoring “due process” in regard to mass shootings and red-flag “laws”, as his administration also prompted the ATF to seize supposed “illegal firearms” from law abiding citizens. Let’s not forget Trump’s lockdowns either.

In fact, neither candidate has any great respect for the Bill of Rights. And yet again, the American people are left to vote for the lesser of two evils.

Having to always vote between the lesser of two evils is a result of a society that doesn’t demand full and proper vetting of candidates and, on the other side of the coin, too often says they want one thing – freedom and liberty – but then vote for more government welfare programs and government “free stuff” because it is just as corrupt as the candidates it nominates. The result is America gets candidates who hide their real convictions and every thought they believe will not be well received, until they gain the office they seek, to stun the people with their true convictions and political views, that too often prove detrimental to the country, a country that is currently circling the drain and facing its ultimate demise, if something doesn’t change rapidly.

“Don’t say you’re for open borders and killing America’s sovereignty“, the campaign heads will tell a candidate. Every move is made with the intent of always staying a few steps ahead of the day of reckoning. These are the corruptors of America’s traditional way of life who promise to do one thing for the people but then pursue another agenda once in power, too often at cross purposes with the will of ‘We the People’ and the true interests of all America. Too often, these are the men and women committing treason daily, lining their own pockets and filling their bank accounts with millions of dollars given them by foreign interests and foreign agents for selling America down the river and betraying Her, in a manner that can only be called TREASON, just as Joe Biden is known to have done more times than I can recount here, something that demands a day of reckoning and the most severe penalty.

Everyone with two brain cells to rub together understand that Donald Trump actually won the 2020 election, but many irregularities in states like Arizona put it in the win category for Biden, even tho’ a recently completed audit proves Trump actually won Arizona. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Minnesota also saw similar scenarios play out. And now, the very same mechanisms and shenanigans are underway, as ballots are being stolen from Arizona post offices, as noted for me by my editor, the impeccable and honorable, Jeff Bennett, and Michigan has stated it won’t be able to complete the vote tally on election night, as has always been possible in all past elections until 2020, which is highly suspect and extremely indicative of voter fraud. Everyone remembers seeing vote counts run backwards on the board in Arizona the night Fox News called the state early for Biden, and then, all of a sudden, the vote count was stopped in every damned state voting district where a Democrat’s controlled the process and procedures.

One should note that in Pennsylvania, a mass mail campaign inundated Pennsylvania neighborhoods with threats against all voters who support Trump, essentially stating that they “will pay” if Trump wins.

While Donald Trump may bring some improvements to the economy if elected, by way of reinvigorating our energy infrastructure, thus jump-starting the economy, he’s still a Big Government, Big Spending type who gave us an expansion of the federal government during his first term, by way of the Family Leave and Child Care Act and other programs, and he is promising to do so again. He also gave us the sovereignty killing USMCA that, despite his supposed intent to secure the border, actually served to facilitate the illegal alien invasion; further facilitated by Article 23.8 (Chapter 23) on Migrant Workers and the requirement to “ensure that migrant workers are protected under its [each respective nation’s] labor laws, whether they are nationals or non-nationals” [read “illegal aliens” and “foreign nationals”], as I noted in ‘The Worst Agreement Evah’ in 2019. Trump makes many unforced errors, simply because he doesn’t insert himself into the oversight process, and as seen in his first term, he allowed for too many Obama holdovers to subvert his presidency.

I’m certainly no fan of Commie Kamala, but I’m less than thrilled over the prospect of another Trump presidency. My spirit might improve, if he wins and immediately sets about purging the ranks of government of all Marxist-Maoist Commies. But can he really, even if he does have the legal authority as president, since all America saw turncoats and traitors regularly disobey direct orders during his first term? One must wonder how he will address any such insubordination this time around. But it’s not a given he will win, and even if he does, all America gets is more Big Government working within a fascist system that currently works against our Bill of Rights and increasingly seeks to force all to serve the state rather than adhering to its charge to serve the people.

Should Kamala prevail, all the joy she currently promotes will die on the first day of her regime. It will be an exercise described by George Orwell:

“There will be no curiosity, no enjoyment of the process of life. All competing pleasures will be destroyed. But always – do not forget this … – always there will be the intoxication of power, constantly increasing and constantly growing subtler. Always, at every moment, there will be a thrill of victory of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face – forever.”

Many of the Democrats still above ground and breathing free air, especially those who served under Obama and those currently serving Biden, are frightened to death that their treason will finally be addressed and they will suffer the consequences, if Trump gets re-elected, and that is the primary reason they are so hellbent to get Kamala elected come hell or highwater and by any means possible, including cheating at the polls via mail-in ballots and millions of illegal aliens voting across the country in states that don’t demand any identification in order to cast a ballot – The state of Virginia is currently being sued for attempting to remove illegal aliens from the voter rolls; now is that insane or what.

Biden didn’t win in 2020 as far as I’m concerned and according to all the evidence that proves this assertion. There certainly wasn’t any mass mandate for his regime to proceed with massive spending bills, an illegal alien invasion by millions from all across the world at our southern border, targeting political opponents as “domestic terrorists” and “white supremacists”, raising taxes and generally making life miserable for all Americans, as they also jailed freedom-loving Americans who protested the 2020 election results and attempted to imprison a former sitting U.S. president, Donald J. Trump. And there certainly wasn’t a mandate to install a regime that would hate normal liberty-loving Americans for not bowing to their communist state or eagerly seeking to be placed on the government dole.

While I commend all who went to our Capitol on January 6th 2021 in an effort to stop the steal, I am heart torn that it resulted in such a miserable failure, due to poor planning and the reluctance of the protestors to go there with firearms in hand, as I suggested prior to the event, when several groups invited me. I declined the invitations, not from hypocrisy or cowardice but simply because I understood it to be a fool’s errand without the teeth of armed force to back it. It is especially heart-wrenching each time I relive the cold-blooded murder of Ashli Babbitt, a fourteen year Air Force Veteran, who died for her convictions and conscience, at the hands of a Democrat Party apparatchik and incompetent Capitol policeman, Michael Byrd – may he meet a similar fate one day soon. It’s also disappointing to witness a few of the big talking January 6th protestors now backpedal in the face of some damned tyrannical fascist Democrat judge and his kangaroo court simply because they’ve been threatened with prison, even tho’ they had to know their actions that day were fraught with great risk and consequences, those sunshine patriots who only want to make safe and comfortable protests.

For me, January 6th 2021 was an exercise in futility, when I was told, “be sure to leave your firearms at home“. Without firearms and the intent of ensuring victory, one way or another, or at least a recount of the swing state ballots where there isn’t any doubt that massive voter fraud occurred, there wasn’t any real way the protestors could have realized the results they were seeking that day, and as we anxiously watched, what unfolded was one massive cluster-fuck that has since given the Democrat commies in the federal government more ammunition to use against America’s flyover country and Her good and decent men and women who actually protect and defend individual liberty and the Inalienable God-given Rights for all.

If Trump wins, we can expect a repeat of the 2020 Capitol riots, with violence and mayhem breaking out in every major city across the country. Biden will not call out the National Guard and neither will state governors who are Democrats, or they will slow walk the process, while their minions in the communist-backed Black Lives Matter and Antifa organizations loot, vandalize and burn thousands of cities across America. This should be a signal for patriots to come to the defense of America, no matter what direction it takes, even if it sparks the civil war many of us have expected for some time now.

America has lost any sense of “liberty and justice for all” and “blind justice” under the Biden regime, and it won’t improve under Kamala, who is certain to ignore the notion that each American is equal under the law. While imperfect, America’s justice system used to be the model, far and wide, for the world, and it was held in great esteem, but it is now viewed as a disaster, with the world astounded at its current level of corruption. This all must be brought to a dead full stop and reversed, if America is to ever have political stability again.

Ensure freedom and liberty for America’s children and Her children’s children and many generations beyond. Fight now, this moment in time, regardless of who becomes the next President of the United States, to remove the federal government’s illegitimate, illegal stranglehold on all the land in the country in order to make home ownership via homesteading a real possibility again, as we also restore States’ Rights and nullify or repeal and reject Marbury vs Madison and move to eradicate all federal agencies that already exist at the state level. End the Federal Reserve bank and place the responsibility for currency back in the Treasury’s hands, while once again backing the dollar with something of real value, such as 270 grains of pure gold or 3712.5 grains of pure silver or something of equal value, bringing back and strengthening its purchasing power. And most of all, end the federal Income Tax, all illegal unconstitutional property taxes, and make every elected position to Congress subject to immediate recall whenever someone is so arrogant to believe they can pass “laws” to step on individual liberty with impunity and without severe consequences; make any infringement upon the Inalienable God-give Rights of the American people punishable by life imprisonment or even the death penalty, depending on the severity of the crime.

It’s important to note here, what Thomas Jefferson had in mind, when he helped create our federalist system. We must also note that his vision and the vision of so many of the Founders has long since been bastardized into something they would not recognize or support in the slightest.

Hannah Arendt, a brilliant German-American political theorist of the 20th century, writes:

“Thinking in terms of the safety of the republic, the question was how to prevent ‘the degeneracy of our government,’ and [Thomas] Jefferson called every government degenerate in which all powers were concentrated ‘in the hands of the one, the few, the wellborn or the many,’ Hence, the ward system was not meant to strengthen the power of the many but the power of ‘every one’ within the limits of his competence; and only by breaking up ‘the many’ into assemblies where every one could count and be counted upon ‘shall we be as republican as a large society can be.'”

“Arguably, Jefferson’s distinction between ‘the many’ and every one pertains to that between a government where the ‘many’ exercise a veritable dictatorship through representative government, where their intermittent vote empowers those who do not represent ‘every one,’ but in the end chiefly their own interests, with notable exceptions of individual lawmakers. This is all the more the case because of the well-known practice of corporate lobbying of representatives, where in exchange for certain favours, the latter would promote and vote for laws that favour corporate interests. By contrast, a system of governance for and by ‘every one’ rises from the ground of the ‘little republics’ to the higher; more encompassing levels, where ‘every one’ has the opportunity to participate in political life.”

We no longer have a republic aligned with the Founders’ vision, but rather, the republic has been long dead, as one petty tyrant so-called “president” after another has nullified whole sections of the Constitution and accumulated the powers of all three branches unto himself in a gross and un-American fashion, going all the way back to – yes – good ol’ Abe Lincoln who forced the Union to stay together despite the absolute right of the free and sovereign Southern States to secede and the president who suspended habeas corpus and implemented the Reconstruction era as Union soldiers acted as occupiers and treated the Southerners as second class citizens in their own land. From this day on, each successive president took powers to himself he had no right to hold, and this was ever so evident during the administrations of President Woodrow Wilson and President Franklin Roosevelt, who was incredibly elected to serve four terms as his Marxist policies extended the Great Depression by a decade.

Nearly all Americans full well understand that they have an absolute right to revolt against a government that has grown tyrannical and refuses to hear or properly and fully address their grievances. We all know that it is our right to refuse to give any allegiance to any government or regime, when its tyranny has become intolerable and unendurable, much as it is rapidly becoming in our country today. And while the new amerikkan commies are just fine with Traitor Joe’s and Kamala’s push to destroy the republic in favor of installing an authoritarian communist state, all American patriots – at least all the ones I know – stand prepared to resist another Democrat Party Communist regime under Kamala should she “win” under any set of circumstances. If we aren’t facing a situation very similar to 1775, the similarities certainly do rhyme.

After November 5th, if Kamala is shown to be “the winner“, we will have seen the last normal days of life in America, as all manner of hell will continue to be unleashed upon our country, and the country will descend further into sexual deviancy as the Transgender Movement and the gender Frankenstein doctors and the sex traffickers of young children and drug cartels will have the full backing of Kamala’s regime. And if you think Biden had an Open Border Policy, you ain’t seen nothing yet, as millions of more illegal alien invaders from every Third World shithole and every enemy nation will overwhelm every single American small town and city and drive the country into the most incredible level of violence and mayhem we have ever witnessed in our lands in our lifetime, as the hard push will begin immediately to complete America’s downfall and usher in a totalitarian Marxist-Maoist state. Whatever good life once existed in America will end under Kamala.

If Harris wrecks the system, it might finally provide the final motivation for all good American patriots to finally revolt in order to save this America we love so well, and whatever actions we take in the aftermath will be completely justified by the destruction these Democrat communists have wrought upon all America, as we pick up our rifles to finally stop the destruction of our country and the ongoing existential threat posed by the Democrat Party Communists and their RINO allies, the enemy-from-within, driving every damned red, radical Democrat Party Communist rat bastard into the oceans or into their graves.

Our country’s divides between two vastly different competing antithetical ideologies have grown too deep and wide and too vitriolic to ever be settled peacefully, and as the Marxist-Maoists and the Islamists look upon traditional liberty-minded Americans with hatred in their eyes and hearts, we look at them with dread and disgust and a hatred all of our own and prepare to lay them low and dead on the ground. Two diametrically opposed tribes currently stand facing one another with a hatred from which a hot full blown civil war will come.

May the forces of freedom and liberty emerge from the chaos and the ashes victorious to rebuild a society where freedom and liberty truly flourish. For the rights of all men and women to be fully recognized and personal freedom and individual liberty to truly flourish, elected officials must see consequences to their bad behavior and treason against the people, and the State must ultimately be forced to recognize the individual as a higher and independent power, from which all its own power and authority are based upon, and no longer can we allow any leader or group of leaders to treat us like chattel or serfs bound at the altar of the Leviathan for their pleasure, abuse and whims.
