And now Americans can’t believe that this Biden admin war announcement is actually happening.
For more than two years now, the war between Russia and Ukraine has been raging on with seemingly no end in sight. The Democrats have been promising Americans for two years that all that has to happen is give Ukraine more money and more military support in their defensive effort against Russia. The war will surely be over soon, they say.
Surveys suggest that the majority of Americans are tired of their taxpayer dollars being counted on as an infinite resource to be sent over to Ukraine when there’s plenty of Americans who need help in the homeland.
But now the Biden administration is back at it asking Americans to open up their bank accounts in the form of more taxes just to fundraise more war effort funds for Ukraine against Russia.

Not only that, but the Secretary of State Antony (Stinkin’) Blinken said that America is going to be “doubling down” on support for Ukraine, which should be extremely concerning given the United States has already furnished Ukraine with more than $100 billion in taxpayer dollars.
Following discussions with NATO foreign ministers, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated on Thursday that greater aid is urgently required for Ukraine amid mounting worries that Russia is strengthening its defense manufacturing sector with assistance from China, North Korea, and Iran.
“Based on what I heard today, everyone, including the United States, is going to double back and, as necessary, double down on finding the resources that Ukraine continues to need,” Blinken shared with journalists after these NATO meetings.
Although some NATO nations have been arming Ukraine, the alliance as a whole has focused on non-lethal assistance out of concern that a more direct involvement might increase tensions with Russia.
He stated:
“We, the United States, are working on our own bilateral agreement. More than 30 countries have signed or are in the process of negotiating signing bilateral agreements with Ukraine.”
Blinken met with Dmytro Kuleba, the foreign minister of Ukraine, earlier on Thursday in Brussels. During their meeting, they talked about the state of affairs on the battlefield and strategies to support Ukraine’s energy sector in the face of ongoing Russian attacks.
From July 9 to July 11, the United States will hold a NATO summit in Washington. As NATO commemorates its 75th anniversary, Blinken and Kuleba talked about the agenda items for the summit. Most critically, the possibility of Ukraine becoming a NATO member, which Russia is extremely against.
“Ukraine will become a member of NATO,” Blinken claimed. “Our purpose of the summit is to help build a bridge to that membership and to create a clear pathway for Ukraine moving forward.”
Blinken also emphasized the importance of U.S. legislative action to vote on funding for Ukraine during Thursday’s press briefing.
The Biden administration’s request for an additional budget, which would replenish Ukraine’s military forces and aid the nation in repelling Russian offensives, has not yet been approved by Congress.
The Republican-led U.S. House of Representatives has been urged by President Joe Biden to adopt the military and financial aid plan. Republicans in the House have put off taking action on it for months in favor of domestic matters.
The top U.S. diplomat and NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg discussed ways to strengthen the alliance’s long-term military assistance for Ukraine on Wednesday.
NATO foreign ministers convened in Brussels this week to deliberate on a plan to establish a $108 billion, five-year fund to bolster Ukraine’s armed forces.
According to Stoltenberg’s plan, NATO will take a more active role in coordinating member nations’ military support, which is currently handled by a coalition led by the United States and comprising more than 50 nations.
The project would not be decided upon in full until the July NATO summit. It needs to be approved by 32 of its members.
“North Korea, China, Iran are supporting Russia’s war of aggression in different ways, so this demonstrates that security is not regional security, it’s truly global, and therefore it’s important that we work together with our Asia-Pacific partners,” Stoltenberg claimed this week.
