This Is Me. THIS is What I Leave Behind

I’ve lived my life with a vitality and an intensity, that I’m always in constant amazement that I haven’t burned and crashed like a moth that just flew into the flames. At times, it felt as though I was about to break myself apart, as I threw myself completely into every important battle on multiple fronts and every major issue of the day, but at least I fought – at least You fought, Jeff, along with so many other of our kindred spirits and fellow Americans. And I lived a life worth living – at least for me it was.

It should go without saying, each American has the freedom, the right and the obligation to rebel and fight against those evils that would destroy our freedom and rights, to fight against everything that is cruel in this world, but in today’s reality with education such as it is and in tatters, I find myself repeating this very thing at least once a week, if not each day, in order that some young person’s mind might grasp hold of the notion and grow to understand its meaning. For our freedom is meaningless, nothing in fact, without our right to fight for it and defend it intact.

And it’s a very personal thing for every American to choose at a time that may make their choice an easy thing – to rise up and hang the traitors from tall trees. Especially all those who had the slightest hand in the Biden regime’s Open Border treason against America.

People keep telling me that America wasn’t at war, so it can’t really be treason. I query “really”. Because it sure as hell seems like we are witnessing a war waged against our country and the American people by an ideology that was not founded in America or by Americans – an ideology that acknowledges it seeks to fundamentally transform America, essentially to destroy the republic. It may not be a hot war yet, but it definitely is a war, a civil war.

Things were already changing in my youth, but for the most part, America was still pretty well bound together through shared beliefs, values, principles and experiences, even with all the turmoil created by the commie radicals of the 1960s, those in the SDS, the Weather Underground and the Black Panthers. But too many Americans today simply want to wallow in guilt over all the sins the Far Left has screamed they committed, leaving behind them all the very real shared suffering, common struggles, common strengths and weaknesses and the once upon a time need for closeness in every American community – found in, yes … common hatred, shared humor and love of our friends, our family members and our girlfriends and wives, although not at the same time on the girlfriends and wives … HahaHahahaha.

As for our nation’s enemies-from-within, a new online friend, Kenneth Mintz, put it perfectly and much as I would, when he wrote the following words this morning:

“I know them for what they have done which makes them what they are. I’ll love them when they are fertilizer.”

I only know that I have felt apart from American society for much of my adult life as I lived through so many changes within our country that I knew were of a destructive nature to our nation on the whole, and it both saddened and sickened me to my very core.

Life’s journey is completely different for us all, although we may see marked similarities in the paths taken and crossed over the years and decades of our lives, and we all have hopes and dreams and desires that we try to bring to fruition. Left alone, we may well could see our way clear to actually achieving ever so much more than we have today, but far too many people over the past two hundred years have prodded, manipulated and shifted the world in which we live, that we are impeded at every step of the way from truly being free to pursue happiness as we view it to be.

From the earliest years of the George W. Bush administration throughout the Obama, Biden and Trump years, it’s felt as though America has been dragged ten thousand miles in the mouth of a graveyard, with no end in sight. And even today, with promises aplenty gushing forth from this new Trump administration, the anti-American Democrat Party Communists show themselves as determined as ever to prolong the American people’s misery, by hook and crook at all levels of government and violence in our streets.

The communists of America were well along the path of bloodying their hammers and sickles in attacks on academia and schools, while tearing down the connection between Heaven and Earth through attacks on Christianity by the time I came of age in the little, not-so-sleepy town of LaVergne, Tennessee, population approximately 960, even though, for the most part, the largest segment of our society still shared a common belief system, worldview and values and principles. And from these days to the present, the enemy-from-within has marched ten-thousand broken-tongued liars and traitors into every single government institution throughout society in an “in your face” open and contemptuous movement aimed at destroying traditional America.

Nothing has changed in the ranks of the anti-American radicals and communists, but everything has changed on the political battlefield by way of President Trump’s rapid and decisive executive orders that are ripping Democrat Marxist-Maoist corrupt agencies and mechanisms to shreds and disrupting their money train, forcing them to stumble along the crooked political highways of their making that now may well lead to their ultimate demise. Until recently, metaphorically speaking, they had constructed thousands of crooked highways across the federal government, intending all America to take them to their final destination of lives lived under an authoritarian socialist form of government and tyranny, where our rights would go to die.

We’re a damned long way from being out of the dangerous, sad and dark forests, and evil yet lives and abounds everywhere we look, as we see activist judges demanding that President Trump return recently deported illegal alien criminal invaders to the United States and their jurisdiction, even though these judges, in fact had no legal jurisdiction in the matter in which they claim – as we witness disingenuous lying-ass judges tell the President of the United States that he must release billions of dollars frozen by his command to NGOs that will use them to bring more criminal illegal alien invaders into our nation – as judges try to tell President Trump he must not and cannot follow the recommendations offered by Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency to end fraud and waste across the entire federal government but especially within the Social Security Department where billions of U.S. dollars have been paid out for many years to people who have long been dead.

As many on all fronts cry out in opposition to President Trump’s across the board tariffs on all countries, ranging from 10% to 500%, depending on the country and the product, the American people are still homeless, jobless and hungry and starving by the millions, despite our already massive welfare system, largely due to the massive accumulative inflation dealt them from the first Trump term followed by a greater inflation surge caused by Bidenomics. However, according to Peter Navarro, White House trade advisor, President Trump’s tariffs, such as 35% on all foreign-made cars, will generate approximately $600 billion per year and some six trillion over the next decade. And Larry Kudlow suggested this morning [April 3rd 2025] that President Trump quite likely will return a good bit of this directly back to the American people themselves.

As President Trump recently noted:

“If imposing tariffs and protective barriers made nations poorer, then every country on earth would be racing to eliminate these policies, and China would be the first in line.”

Jeff Childers reported today, April 3rd 2025, that:

“U.S. retailing giant Walmart,’ Reuters reported, ‘is continuing to push Chinese suppliers to cut prices to offset President Donald Trump’s tariffs.’ In other words, to stay competitive, foreign governments must cut their prices, to stay competitive. They must cut prices to precisely offset the tariffs. That is why foreign suppliers actually pay for the tariffs, and not Americans.”

Whatever the case and one’s worldview, there isn’t any doubt that the wealth gap between the extremely poor and the incredibly wealthy is virtually as if one is staring across the vastness of space, with hundreds of good and decent people dying of starvation and in squalor each passing day [13,690 annually], while the peals of laughter and good times pass through the banquet rooms and the gala balls of those fortunate ones, who either were born into wealth, conned their way to wealth or actually earned their wealth through honest endeavors. Being poor and dying of starvation isn’t a choice, and it isn’t always from the person not having “worked hard enough” or being “lazy“.

I’m not suggesting it’s the government’s job to provide work and sustenance for the people, only that corporations can do better by their employees. It also serves as a cautionary tale for parents today to teach their children how to do something that will serve them well, without having to depend on landing a job with a big company — some skilled trade or artisan craft that will be their own and enable them to work anywhere in the world, wherever they lay their head and call it home.

Between 1972 and 1979, I witnessed several great manufacturing facilities open shop in the Smyrna-LaVergne area, with the two “cities” being a whole whopping five miles apart. With the new jobs, many other businesses opened as a support system of sorts, creating new jobs too, in new restaurants, clothing stores, mechanic shops and even new shopping malls. And then we started seeing thousands of new people moving in from the impoverished regions of America in Democrat ran states, primarily from Michigan, Illinois and the Northeastern States, and still, the working poor with all their associated problems remained, as seen in the housing section of the old Seward Air Force Base that became Smyrna. Tennessee’s “low rent district”.

The poor will always be with us, but perhaps we as a people can do more to help make it so not too many of them are left to cry out and beg for help all alone in an alley or die in the gutters of America.

For the most part, I grew up learning and understanding the value of hard work, but more than that, I was also taught the value of intelligent work and acquiring skills that not everyone either wanted to put to use or were incapable of learning. I was taught to make myself invaluable to whoever hired me, in a manner to make certain my position was always secure, until such time I could better myself and either be promoted or move on to a better position elsewhere, short of working for myself.

In my community, everybody had a job of some sort and a place at the table, as long as they proved themselves capable to do the job they had asked to do and pulled their own weight, whether it was working on one of John Waldron’s framing crews or at a tire extrusion machine in the Firestone plant or over at the State Co-Op. Blacks, Whites, Hispanics and Asians alike rubbed shoulders each day in the schools, while shopping and at work, but we all had pretty much been raised to believe in the same American principles from Her Founding days, and so it wasn’t all that unusual to see those from “the wrong side of the tracks” running with friends from wealthier families, as people from all walks of life got together at every community function, whether to raise money for one of the local rescue squads at a ham breakfast or enjoy a few live bands and some mules at Old Timers’ Day.

And, although it was often rumored that this one or another was a little limp in the wrist and quite likely of the “homosexual persuasion”, there just weren’t more than two or three who fit the bill. It just wasn’t something anyone wanted for themselves, and those who were, either kept it well hidden or sought professional help for a problem that was still deemed to be “mental illness” at the time. Now, the Democrat Commie gender dysphoria wolves swarm every new baby in vicious pacts that demand all society obey their diktats and accept that somehow they know without a doubt that many little babies are little budding transexuals, long before they can speak for themselves and long before their little minds are developed enough to fully and properly reason so that they might stand and defend themselves against the evil butchery conducted in the Transgendered Meat Shops. And such has it been since 1975, that the LGBTQ Movement’s propaganda has succeeded in building its ranks to the point that one in five young teens and adults currently claims to be queer.

But pick an issue, any issue, and you will find what can only be described as a subversive, mentally ill counterculture in the thick of it and on the side that harms America the most. How else to describe thousands of poor little rich kids on college campuses screaming “From the river to the sea” and “Globalize the Intifada“, even ignorant, self-loathing, self-destructive Jewish kids?

These enemies of America are also the enemies of Her white population, as evidenced by hundreds of consistent, never-wavering racist tropes levied at all American white people and even conservative people of color who are accused of being “white on the inside”. I heard them increase in the frequency and the intensity of their vitriolic message from the days of the Ferguson riots in 2014 to the present and especially during the push of the “Critical Race Theory” bullshit during the Biden years. I can only imagine that their dreams were filled with people of color leading white people around on chains at the end of a choke collar, as though they were nothing more than white mongrel dogs, in their lust and desire to punish today’s white population for the imagined or real sins of their fathers, whether or not their ancestors were even in America during Her slave years.

Whatever shared vision the American people held in 1975, it no longer exists today. Multiculturalism and diversity policies have done their dirty work in order to create the false narrative that all cultures are equal and America really never was an exceptional nation over the course of the history of mankind, no matter that our earliest days resulted in the marriage of individual liberty and equality under the law for the first time in the history of mankind. The anti-American Democrat Party Communist rat bastards deny that our system created the highest level of individual liberty and prosperity for the greatest number of people worldwide from its advent to the present, more than any other system ever known to man; they’ve mangled this system, chipped and cut away at it, until they’ve hollowed it out in a manner that now facilitates the mechanisms to advance their evil agenda and the end of freedom and liberty in America.

The Democrat Party Marxist-Maoists are more intent than ever to effect social change and their authoritarian dystopian worldview that calls tyranny “utopia”, despite the trouncing Trump continues to deliver to their ranks. Slavery to the state is their version of freedom, since it’s also supposedly a world in which all needs are met, where we own nothing, and we are to tell ourselves “we are happy”. It’s a highway of diamonds that no one in their right mind wants to travel and where only the insane, sociopathic, power-mad and their followers are found stumbling along, and these lunatics are still selling it like it’s the best thing to ever come along for humanity since white bread and Hershey’s Chocolate.

Renounce all forms of tyranny and Big Government control and teach the youth of our nation to embrace true freedom and those American principles that best support and create the highest degree of individual liberty for all Americans should they choose to open their minds and hearts to the reality of America’s founding.

President Donald Trump has a very short window of opportunity to effect real and lasting change by way of executive order, the implementation of existing law and wielding it mightily against those who would destroy America, and through Congress and the codification of common-sense righteous law that protects and defends our freedom and liberty and our inalienable God-given rights in all segments of society. In this stage of our current cold civil war, it is incumbent on us all to do everything humanly possible to see this man succeed in all righteous endeavors and to set the stage properly in such a manner as to allow a truly conservative, freedom and liberty loving successor to take the reins of power upon Trump’s departure, whether that’s in 2028 or 2032.

Still, while I strive to make changes to our government peacefully – deep within my heart of hearts – I know, as do many readers out there, that nothing really worthwhile will come from this government in its bastardized form, so long as so many regularly do as they wish and completely abrogate existing law and the Constitution as if they never existed. Our nation and its people will never be truly free, as long as we don’t really ever fully own our homes, the Federal Reserve Bank steals our wealth, we are forced to pay taxes on our earnings over and over again, step by sorry, miserable step, and we are forced to support others in society against our own free will and conscience.

And, as long as we keep allowing the Democrat Party Communists to manipulate and outright violate our laws in order to destroy the republic and advance their fundamental transformation of America into an authoritarian socialist state, we are making certain that this America remains on a fast-track trajectory towards a hot full blown bloody, violent civil war – that American patriots will choose it, even demand it, over any surrender to an anti-American foreign Marxist-Maoist Communist tyrannical ideology, in order to make damned, dead-certain that their children and future generations will live free rather than as serfs force to bow to the altar of the State and the Leviathan, reduced to equality at the lowest denominator in poverty.

I never have trusted polls of any kind too much, simply because every pollster knows how to manipulate them to achieve their desired result. But, if we can believe a recent AtlasIntel poll taken in February 2025, 52.7% of America’s youth between 18 and 29 years old see President Trump in a favorable light. This may be the miracle I have often spoken of America needing in past articles, but don’t hold your breath; it’s hard to tell how accurate this poll is or what it really means, and in the grand scheme of things, it may be too little too late, especially now that we are faced with the daunting task of removing some 27 to 40 million illegal alien invaders from our shores, many of which may full well soon opt to take violent action of their own, in conjunction with those here legally on one sort of visa or another, e.g. pro-Hamas “students”, especially if an actual civil war breaks out between the forces of tyranny and freedom.

The only way to save America, short of a violent civil war, is to convince nearly every Democrat to renounce their party and its anti-American platform and agendas, which is highly unlikely, short of a miracle from God, given their fanaticism and zeal in embracing communism as if it were their god. And so this means we are left to eradicate every last Democrat communist rat bastard, by stripping them of their U.S. citizenship and exiling them to a communist [socialist?] country of their choice or killing them where they stand should they refuse and try to fight.

I see rifles and sharp knives in the hands of America’s youth in the not so distant future, as they are left no other choice but to fight to remain free. And like the song says, “a hard rain is gonna fall“.

Have we suddenly forgotten how to live as free born Americans? We’ve seen dangerous times before in this country, and tough times too, but we always found a way to stay the course, never wilting, never quitting, to eventually prevail, make for better days, and set our nation back on a righteous path.

Each of us leaves something behind of ourselves, when we leave a town or die and depart this Earth, in the community and the people whose lives we touched, perhaps changed and effected to some small degree. There are things we may recall and return to take hold of again, especially in terms of those qualities within human nature that represent the best of humanity, when the vast majority lived to know and understand the world around them and independence and hard, smart work were the preferences over their opposites. And so, before our days are done and the light fades from our eyes, we must look deep within ourselves and recapture that which has been lost to teach the new generation rising up the manner in which life is best lived to thrive, to prosper, to remain free.

What beliefs and principles are still shared by the largest majority of Americans? Does truth, liberty and life still serve as the main principles blazing forth as our nation’s guiding light?

Where does America go from here?

One should hope to see America guided back to the traditions that are supported by America’s founding Christian faith, whereby America was always intended to be a Christian nation, only tolerant of all other faiths, so long as they practiced them peacefully and in no manner meant to subvert America and overthrow Her government. Let America get back to acknowledging marriage is between one heterosexual biological man and one heterosexual biological woman in holy bonds ordained by God, rejecting the abomination of homosexual, sick and deviant unions that make a mockery of marriage. And let us rejoice in the miracle of life and call it such at the first little thump of the unborn baby’s tiny heart in the womb, as we continue to preserve and defend its right to life and eventually liberty and the pursuit of its own happiness, just as we will for all who have entered the world, whether welcomed by their parents or not.

Hold tight to truth and individual liberty above all else, in all things.

No one should wish for a world void of Christianity and the kindness [even love?] of its followers, one where all the churches and cathedrals have been shut down or destroyed and prayer in public gets one arrested, because it offends someone or makes them uncomfortable. Nothing sounds quite as lovely as the ringing of the bells on a Sunday morning. We may not really need the grandeur of it all, but there is something soothing about the beauty that emanates from its congregation hall, its belfry towers and the stained-glass windows in contrast to the drab green military uniforms.

I love the powerful prose of the Bible, and I need the force of its poetry and truth against the decay and the abuse of our language found in ebonics, rap songs and the mindless, worthless political slogans based in the worst forms of propaganda and outrageous despicable lies. Truth in all matters represents the best of humanity and stands as a barrier between us and a world in which the collectivists try to force us into the hive and independent thinking and free will is disparaged and reviled, and the finest things we can experience are denounced as crimes against the people — a world in which our loyalty and our love is demanded by the tyrants, oppressors and assassin alike.

They want us to revise our history. No. Better yet they say, destroy it altogether, bury it and move on. To hell with America’s fine and storied heritage and all Her traditions that proved Her to be excellent by far above the many nations of the world.

And most absurdly, far too many of our churches have pastors and elders who present a one-sided telling of the Bible that would have us all dying like sheep at slaughter by our enemies’ hands, as they fail to ever make note or mention of the Scripture that reads:

“Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.”

And neither do they explain how the Good Book tells us we are to defend ourselves, our families and our homes in many other Scriptures. But just the same, they coerce and attempt to shame us into turning the other cheek over and over again until our cheeks take on the appearance of fresh ground hamburger, and they have the temerity to exhort us to forgive these anti-American Marxist-Maoist Democrat Party Communists and their foot soldiers of Black Lives Matter and Antifa and Islam who have wreaked so much harm, destruction and death in America, including their subversions and treasons implemented from within our numerous federal agencies by their well-placed infiltrators.

Christian tho’ I claim to be, this is too much for me, and while I still hold my Bible near and dear, forgiveness for these animals will have to be left to God, for it’s never coming from me — not until they are dead and rotting on a mound of their fellow commies, whether by my hands or those of my brethren.

If I am to leave one thing behind for my children and grandchildren, I want them to know that I fought for their futures in every way, not just to provide financial security but also to ensure that they will live free long after I’m dead and gone.

There are things in each of us that we can find again, long lost memories, shelved skills and the truth, though it may require we travel back to days gone by and those things we grew to know and understand as that which benefited us and our families the most. And so we must look backwards, bring back the history and the knowledge of our Forefathers, going back where we’ve already been and places that covered a stretch of our life important to us, no matter how brief a time it may have been, so that we might restore our souls and our faith in God and in one another as true Americans.
