We’re standing at the Gates of Hell.
“I have the right to do anything,” you say – but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”- but I will not be mastered by anything.” ~ I Corinthians 6:12
Practical translation: “Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should…” ~ Sherrilyn Kenyon
We live in a time and place where anything and everything is possible; even allowable, but is it right, should we do it?
That’s the question we regularly fail to ask. Is it right?
We can surgically alter sexual appearance, but the biological sex remains unchanged. It was called mutilation; but now, the politically acceptable word is ‘gender transition’. It’s used to alleviate and accommodate psychological maladies and afflictions, frequently inflicted by ultra-liberal indoctrination and programmed confusion.
We engineer biological weapons to more efficiently kill our enemies. One was ‘accidentally’ loosed, Covid-19, by an alleged lab mishap. It killed an estimated 3 million people globally, crippled the world’s economy – an estimated $14 Trillion, cost millions of jobs, crushed thousands of businesses, ruined millions of lives, vaccination became a “REQUIREMENT” for travel and employment… and we finally proved the axiom “Never let a crisis go to waste…” even if you have to create it.
We manufacture a crisis called “Global Warming” as a global eco-weapon to grab more power and control. Our planet has invested nearly $7 trillion in this farse, so far. That money went to preferred contractors and to line political pockets. There is no appreciable climate change, and… 1,609 climate scientists signed a declaration insisting that there is No climate emergency.
The Climate Change Proponents (alarmists) engineered climate models that prove their points, but ignore the natural cycles of this planet. We could learn volumes from studying Earth scientifically, but without the agenda leaning toward power and control: world domination. Saving the planet is one thing, but trying to sell this lie by promising catastrophes and cataclysms is an entirely different situation – something we used to call fraud, but because “The End Justifies the Means” we rationalize it as a Global Climate Emergency, and our would-be masters in the UN are poised to wrest power to manage it, and benefit from it.
“Figures don’t lie, but liars’ figure.” ~ Mark Twain
There is no doubt that we’ve impacted this planet in ways we cannot comprehend, but belaboring the anecdotally derived talking-point – that the polar ice caps are melting, and coastal cities will all be inundated by 2012 – is just wrong.
I was in LA a few weeks ago… my feet remained dry, and none of the buildings had collapsed from the promised inundation… BTW, the penguins and polar bears appear to be doing just fine in their ‘still’ frozen habitats.
Last time I checked, it’s 2024, or my computer – and AI – are lying to me.
We reallocated funding meant for mental health programs to other “More Important” efforts, and wonder why drug addiction and homelessness rampage throughout our republic. The statistics from 2022 say that 46.8 million people suffer from addiction disorders, and over 670,000 people are homeless: 41,000 of them are US Military Veterans. That’s 13% of our Veterans! …and Thank you for your service?
We’ve successfully substantiated the concerns of our republic’s founders as correct.
They wrote our constitution to preclude the amalgamation of the three branches of government. They called it “The Separation of Power.” Their concern was that if any of the three branches colluded and joined forces, the republic could fall.
Under the Obama Reich, the Executive and Legislative branches were unified by party affiliations, and a segment of the third, the Judicial branch is in the Nationalist American Socialist Party’s sights. They would pack the Supreme Court with NASP cultists to control and ensure NASP friendly decisions.
How is this in the best interest of our republic?
Our elected leadership used their political skills and intelligence to corrupt our constitution, and use it for self-serving and self-aggrandizing purposes of power and financial gain.
We’ve allowed the weaponization of information. It is the most powerful propaganda tool of the last two centuries. We handed it to groups of jejune self-serving politicians, who used it to maintain their power and positions.
“Mother” has Politicized the media to disseminate her programming and to reinforce her messages to the masses.
Propaganda is the weapon of choice for these despots and usurpers.
Joseph Goebbels, the chief propaganda minister for Hitler’s Nazi Third Reich said:
* “… the rank and file are usually much more primitive than we imagine, Propaganda must therefore always be essentially simple and repetitious.”
* “ Propaganda works best when those being manipulated are confident that they’re acting on their own free will…”
* “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”
Consider these words carefully; they are the onslaught we experience from the ‘Merkan Media Corporatocracy – daily.
I could go on with this, but I think you get the idea. We rarely ask the most important question of all… “Should I? – and worse yet, we completely neglect thinking through the risks and consequences.
That query ‘should I‘, is a practical, moral, and ethical safeguard intended to make us think about the consequences of the proposed action. In ancient times, it was called a conscience, but we’ve learned to sidestep that pesky moral compass point, and rationalize our way to underestimating the implications or dire consequences of our decision.
You know that jumping from the top of a tall building may kill you; you think twice before you commit – look before you leap.
We know that our actions cause reactions.
Holding a flame to your hand will burn you, so you avoid that action. Maybe you’ve learned from past experiences and You remember history – don’t you?
But those who fail to remember those lessons, are doomed to repeat them…
There are broader implications here: we often think that we know better or that we can control the outcome.
We all know how well that works out.
We create the greatest information exchange and research tool of this millennium, but we use it to stalk, demean, belittle, and defraud each other. I’m talking about the internet or interweb depending on your lexicon.
We gave Mother access to everything we’ve ever done, and continue to provide every intimate, and personal detail imaginable through applications called ‘Social Media.” We demand our privacy, but freely and willingly divulge confidential information without any reflection on how it can be used.
“Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” ~ Ben Franklin
Occasionally, it works to our benefit, but sometimes we have the Wuhan Virus, or a Cabal running our republic.
We have cyber-attacks taking down crucial systems, or stealing massive amounts of financial and other personal information like passwords and account access data, presenting them for sale on the ‘Dark-Web’ to nefarious actors and criminals.
* My personal bank account was hacked. It cost me over $2,000 before I could stop the transfers. We tracked these corn-holios to Thailand. I did not recover my money; but I did stop them from taking more…
AI, Artificial Intelligence is our next leap of faith; it is “the science of making machines that can think like humans. It can do things that are considered ‘smart’. AI technology can process huge amounts of data in ways unlike humans. AI’s goal is to be able to do things such as recognize patterns, make decisions, and judge like humans. AI is a machine’s ability to perform the cognitive functions we associate with human minds, such as perceiving, reasoning, learning, interacting with the environment, problem-solving, and even exercising creativity.”
Artificial Intelligence (AI) works by simulating human intelligence through the use of algorithms, data, and computational power. AI adapts through progressive learning algorithms to let the data do the programming. AI finds structure and regularities in data so that algorithms can acquire skills.
AI adapts through progressive learning algorithms to let the data do the programming. AI finds structure and regularities in data so that algorithms can acquire skills. Just as an algorithm can teach itself to play chess, it can teach itself what product to recommend next online.
Algorithms are step-by-step procedures designed to solve specific problems and perform tasks efficiently in the realm of computer science and mathematics. These powerful sets of instructions form the backbone of modern technology and govern everything from web searches to artificial intelligence.

I’ve been in the Information Technology (IT) field for a very long time. I started my career when computers were the size of a building. I learned to write code on long sheets and transfer it to punch-cards to load to the computer.
A hand-held calculator has more computing power than the systems that sent men to the moon, more processing power than the onboard computers in the Apollo capsules and command module and slightly more than the Space Shuttle.
I remember the first desktop computer, portable computer, laptop, and the earliest two-piece portable communication devices weighing several pounds; now cell phones weigh ounces…
I can send a text or voice message across the globe with my cellphone, or I can watch a movie and read any book from any library on that same device.
Were these good choices?
Were there ramifications from these developments?
Right now, I am using an AI enabled program to edit and correct this text as I write it. It checks my spelling, grammar, punctuation, suggests words to complete my thoughts, and more succinct intelligible ways to phrase them.
It’s learning how I write. Soon, I’ll be able to give it a topic and it will write an article in my voice – that is, make it appear that I wrote it the old fashion way.
I still use a keyboard to write, but I could easily dictate this article and have my computer correct it as we go along. I frequently find myself disagreeing with its suggestions, but both of us are still learning. I’m too old-school to let a machine think or write for me, but at my age and with the advancement of technology, this may be the only thing keeping me alive toward the end of my life.
“Just because I can, doesn’t mean I should.”
The last company I worked for was beginning their foray and introduction of AI into many of the departments. It is a magnificent advancement in computing and automation for business and academic uses; it certainly has its application when used judiciously and conscientiously.
Every job posting I reply to, uses AI to parse my resume’ and check it against the job requirements. AI doesn’t make the hiring decisions yet, but it does limit my chances of a personal interview and my opportunity to sell my skills.
Here’s a case where my work-life, 50 years of experience, knowledge, and interpersonal communications skills are reduced to a few lines of code in an algorithmic decision engine and presented to a hiring manager.
* By the way, I receive frequent offers from services that will tailor my resume’ to increase my chances for my next positions… and obviously with no, money-back guarantee, of course… YES… these services use AI to “Groom” my Resume’ and Curriculum Vitae (CV).
AI consumes massive amounts of data – information, and its algorithms know exactly what to do with it, how to handle it and interpret it. AI is learning how to learn.
Isaac Asimov’s “Three Laws of Robotics” was an attempt to control AI in his science fiction novels and stories.
1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey orders given to it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
Robots and artificial intelligences do not inherently contain or obey the Three Laws; their human creators must choose to program them in, and devise a means to do so.
Types of AI:
* Generative, are AI systems used to create content, and provide appropriate responses to human prompts. Hence, they can be interpreted as following the Second Law of Robotics — obeying orders given by human beings. However, early attempts at generative AI were subverted into providing inappropriate and offensive responses to prompts. It is up to their creators to program these safeguards into these systems.
* Adaptive AI focuses on learning and adapting from data to enhance your decision-making and process optimization, while generative AI specializes in creating human-like content for your business, whether it’s text, images, music, or other forms of creative output.
Am I the only one that sees a problem here?
I’m sure this is more techno-babble than you ever wanted to know, but to guard yourself against a potential enemy, you must first understand the threat.
If you’re curious, there are multiple tutorials on the interweb introducing AI and describing the differences, and their personal and business applications.
My experiences with this nascent system are what I would expect.
My best analogy is raising children, especially toddlers. They’re curious and ready to engage in everything, and show little self-control. The parent’s job is to watch them closely, and carefully guide them away from danger. Highly intelligent progeny represents escalating sets of challenges. The more they learn, the hungrier they are for more information and experiences.
How do you throttle curiosity or instill caution without squashing it?
Who is the judge of these processes?
Who manages, or controls how this system is used?
Are we ready to hand this titan to the Military Industrial Congressional Complex, to the US Security Services, or the Political Stassi?
Guess what, kids – it’s too late, they already have it; only God knows what they’re doing with it.
Mother already knows everything there is to know about you. So, if you think that you’ve been carefully living a low-profile existence, under the radar… Sorry Skippy… Mother knows everything.
OK… there may be a tiny percentage of people who slip through the cracks; certainly not enough to be of concern.
Mother already knows everything, whether we want her to or not…
I’ll use myself in this next example.
I have been writing and publishing critical and unflattering essays about Big Brother, Mother, and other bureaucratic entities for about fourteen years. They are all available on the interweb or stored in some uber-massive data file somewhere. What happens when Mother gets pissed at me for whatever reason? She can access that information, manipulate it into a seditious compilation, arrest me and, then use it to prosecute me for treason… just because She can.
AI can imitate any writer from Aafjes to Zytomirski, and anyone in between. AND… with AI’s capabilities, they can create documents that mimic my writing style using the content they already have… They could ruin me, if that was their goal… But, for now, I present no threat. However, that can change in a flash, and they can manufacture a threat using my available information.
Where AI goes from here is anyone’s guess, but rest assured that Mother, will be a director, and the Partisan Political Parties, especially the NASP will all have input.
Here we are at The Gates of Hell.
Crossing the threshold is our decision…
But – Just Because You Can, Doesn’t Mean You Should!

~ The Author ~
Charles R. Dickens was born in 1951, is a veteran of the Vietnam war, for which he volunteered, and the great-great grandson of the noted author, whose name he shares.
He is a fiercely proud American, who still believes this is the greatest country on the planet, with which we’ve lost control and certainly our direction. He grew up in moderate financial surrounding; we’re not rich by any stretch, but didn’t go hungry – his incredibly hard working father saw to that. As most from that era, he learned about life from his father, whose story would take too long to tell, other than to say that, he is also a fiercely proud American; a WWII and Korean war, veteran Marine.
Charlie was educated in the parochial system which, demanded that you actually learn something, and have capability to retain it before you advance. He attended several universities in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree, and chased the goose further to a master’s, and has retained some very definite ideas about education in this country.
In addition, Charlie is a retired blues guitar and vocalist – a musician. This was his therapy career. Nothing brings him as much joy as playing music, and he wishes that he could make a living at it… but alas… life goes on!
