My Take on This Foolish Strike

“The prpblem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubt, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.” ~ Charles Bukowski

UAW Strike
No one will win this contest; everyone will lose.

Strikers & Unions: These companies don’t owe $hit. You trade labor for a salary. If you’re not satisfied, work somewhere else. Find another Job.

Unions: Are you trying to destroy another city? You’re forcing these manufacturers to move to the Right-to-Work States or Overseas to preclude this future lunacy.

Workers: 14 million illegal aliens are in the queue, ready and willing to take your jobs – at minimum wage. Is your goal to help 14 million law-breakers move into America permanently? China Joey is prepared to sign an executive order giving them rights to work and vote in America.

It only furthers their plan toward Democrat-Socialism.

Do you expect the government to step in and resolve this conflict? Big Brother will step in, mandate a return to production, set an arbitrary settlement date, insert itself into the process to grab more control, and set up a socialist consulting group to lead the discussions to your ultimate demise. They win, we – all of us – lose.

What has our government done successfully in the past 100 years? (World Wars don’t count; we had help.)

Everything they touch is an absolute failure, costing you and me more in every aspect of our lives.

Our National Debt is already $33 Trillion; Unfunded Debt is $159.8 Trillion; this is what our government calls effective fiscal stewardship. Is this a success?

Are you ready to join the millions at the Department of Economic Insecurity (DEI) for your limited-term unemployment check? How long do you think the UAW can support you? How long can you live on SNAP? Are you ready to join the 600,000 homeless in America?

Bend over, grab your ankles, and kiss your a$$ goodbye. Once China Joey signs that executive order giving 14 million illegal aliens the right to work and vote, it is all over for America.

You may have grievances.

You might want a salary increase.

You might want…

A Strike is an extortion. You demand something by force, intimidation, or undue power. You may have the right to strike, but demanding a four-day work week for five days pay? Come on, man…

Ask yourself this simple question… Who talked you into this?

Welcome to Democrat-Socialism!

~ The Author ~
Charles R. Dickens was born in 1951, is a veteran of the Vietnam war, for which he volunteered, and the great-great grandson of the noted author, whose name he shares.

He is a fiercely proud American, who still believes this is the greatest country on the planet, with which we’ve lost control and certainly our direction. He grew up in moderate financial surrounding; we’re not rich by any stretch, but didn’t go hungry – his incredibly hard working father saw to that. As most from that era, he learned about life from his father, whose story would take too long to tell, other than to say that, he is also a fiercely proud American; a WWII and Korean war, veteran Marine.

Charlie was educated in the parochial system which, demanded that you actually learn something, and have capability to retain it before you advance. He attended several universities in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree, and chased the goose further to a master’s, and has retained some very definite ideas about education in this country.

In addition, Charlie is a retired blues guitar and vocalist – a musician. This was his therapy career. Nothing brings him as much joy as playing music, and he wishes that he could make a living at it… but alas… life goes on!

That’s Charlie… a proud, opinionated, and passionate American.
